It's all verbal judo. I've never visited any such place. I'm totally against companies like tmobile that uses tricks manipulation to extort business from its customers and only our federal government is the worst by allowing them to continue.

Switched from At@t over to t-Mobile and t-Mobile was supposed to pay off our phone from at@t for a trade in we did. They sold our phones and never payed off our last phones so we are stuck with the bill as they are lazy and do nothing to help recover or receive the rebate that they told us we would be receiving. As we were also miss informed from staff over there. Don’t trust them all they are looking for is to sell phones and up sell products if I could give them less than 1 star I would, service was terrible and the Wi-Fi router “has to be by window “ and still can’t connect. Complete trash and glad to no longer be associated with them thieves, they are as bad as the car sells men now days. SWITCHED TO CRICKET AND HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT HAPPY AND GREAT HELPFUL SERVICE!!!

I dont understand ? i live in the country they said they had towers here. Now i keep getting romeing texts from teen mobile saying im romeing but im NOT. the service is NOT GOOD. its very very frustrating ?. I can not text back. They know this and will not fix it. Im changing services as soon as i can. I work at home and can't do anything on my service.

It is incredibly obvious that the representative and the manager have no interest in helping anyone get their problems solved. The girl behind the counter seems to only seek reasons why she won’t be able to help you, and the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come out when asked, instead I was told he was in the middle of something and to come to the employees only door while he explained the opposite of what he just told the representative to tell me over whatever loud YouTube video he was watching from his desk. In 5. Inures I was told 3 different things, then eventually told the “iphone on us forever promotion” that was just run last year is no longer available in store and to call 611. And the tone toward customers was observed with more than just myself. Overall vibe of “why are you here, just call 611”

Went in to get the 5G home Internet. Kira took exceptional care of me even with my credit being frozen for some reason. She followed through the following day and got me set up perfectly! Plus added a promotion! Definitely look her up!

Moved from Verizon to T mobil here in Canon City. Very helpful with any issues and they know what they are doing. Very happy, Kim was great getting us switched over and set up.

They don't keep their word with promotions and say they will fix things on the next bill that never get fixed. We don't have netflix for free like promised have had to call 4 times on that. Getting friends and family perks never went though was told it was issues with the website. We were promised rebates with phones on the next billing cycle. That is their motto the next billing cycle this will be fixed rest assure. All of this is empty promises. T- Mobile network drops calls and their website is constantly under repair. I hope you have a much better experience with them keeping their promises. I know people that don't have these issues with them. I honestly can't say I recommend them.
