It was a good place to get your taxes done except this year, I have been using Taylor tax for nearly 30 years but this year I all of my forms and went to my appt. and told them I have insurance paper work and she told me " we do not use that anymore". Then get a letter from the IRS saying where your insurance paperwork. So I take the same paperwork back to Taylors get the form that should have been completed the first time and send it to the IRS. Get letter from the IRS saying you have to pay now, fine if I have to pay for what I owe, so be it, but when you go and see the person that prepared your taxes and tell that a mistake was made. You get the run around saying I did not say that, not remembering what you said in the first meeting, get called a liar, saying I not going argue that, after all the years of loyal and repeat business, I will be looking for a new tax person that will complete my taxes correctly and with out being insulted.Jim Kaminski
