George and the whole team there were so friendly and took amazing care of us. There was no unnecessary selling, or upselling or fees - just honest work. And actually, they charged us so little, I don't think it could've covered their time. They had us back on the road with confidence in a flash. I left thinking that it was one of my best small-business service experiences ever.”

Stopped in early in the AM for a tire that was damaged to be replaced, and they fit me right in. The staff was excellent about communication, incredibly polite and helpful to me and the other patrons there.
I got an excellent deal on replacing my tires a bit early, as the ones I had weren't in stock and AWD vehicles are particular about matching tires.
Highly recommend.”

“My favorite thing about this place is watching the difference in a quote price when you decide to pay cash instead, they also offer free rides they will pick you up to come get the car if you do not have a ride. I've gotten Motor mounts done, an oil change and intake manifold gaskets as well as lower ones. They do good work, in good time. Im not sure if they checked my transmission mounts or not when they did my motor mounts but I just found out that is busted. Which is the entire reason I went to Big O months ago which led me to Canon tire. I could've swore I told you guys about my initial issue with my tramission moving two inches Everytime i mooved from park to drive when I set up the motor mount appointment after Big O told me about the motor mounts and I dont know much about cars so a let me check the trasmission mount a couple months ago would've been a blessing probably, but it was never suggested. The only suggestion or complaint I guess I have is I wish you'd let me know everything that's wrong that you see so I know what's wrong with my car and can take action to prevent it from dying on me down the road.”
“My girl and I got a nail in our tire while visiting the royal gorge. After going to big O and getting horrible customer service with a 2 hour wait time, we went to Les Schwab and Micheal helped us out tremendously. He patched up our rental and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure us and our rental were squared away stress free. Thank you for your help Micheal 10/10!”
