“I filled the gas tank up during a storm and because of that UHUAL basically does one dirty by not making that right. You should refund gas when its returned above what it had in it. During travel, one doesn't always have access to MAPS due internet connections in storms etc... So, to just take 80.00 from a 2nd time Uhaul renter, it's just robbery. A fuel card, or refund my money for gas you will charge another person for to have filled to that mark upon the next rental isn't good business. Otherwise, all was great. Fix the policy to be respectful, mindful, and honest. Especially in a world where inflation demands frugality. Thank you all for understanding.”
