I just opened a new account online and the process was soo quick and easy. They called me and helped me set up online banking and got me a temp card right away. Awesome experience!

If cashing a check, be ready to pay 7$. Only giving a lower star because 7$ is nuts to pay, to get money that someone else paying already to keep in that bank....But, Joshua is a really nice manager, came out and said Hi..

I was just in the other day and was helped by the manager Joshua, he was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to understand what I needed. I miss Jenn the old manager! She was much nicer and very knowledgeable. I hate seeing good people leave a job.

All employees were very friendly! The manager, Josh Bailey, helped me open two different accounts quickly and explained everything carefully. I so appreciate this bank's professionalism and the fantastic APY on the High-Yield Savings! Also, the Cobrowse feature is cool. I know this would be extremely helpful for those learning how to bank online.

This bank has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. Their ATM machine just ate my Debit card and because it was not a card issued by their bank, the Manager (who was extremely rude and dismissive) would not give my card back to me even though she was able to easily retrieve it from the machine. She would not even look at my identification as proof it was my card or offer any help in any way. I insisted on getting my card back because I didn't want the ATM to start working and randomly dispense my card to a stranger. They begrudgingly retrieved the card from the machine and insisted on cutting it up in front of me before finally agreeing to give it back. They also wrote down my card number before cutting it up and would not tell me why they needed it. They said this was whole experience was all policy, but could not show me any proof of the said policy. I would describe the action as a total lack of compassion and destruction of personal property. What a joke. If I could assign a negative 5 start I would.Furthermore, I find it absurd that they refused to look at my identification twice, but gave me a cut up card that they had no way of knowing actually belonged to me. I could have been anyone. Although the card was in pieces, I walked out with the full card number, expiration date, and security code. I could have gotten online and bought anything I wanted with that information. They had no way of knowing if they were giving the pieces of the card to the right person and they absolutely did not care. The entire experience is beyond shady.

The Low Down!Staff are in serious need of training in professionalism and good customer service.Parking lot is one direction upon entrance. Exit is through the alley located at the rear of the parking lot (be cautious of light pole obstructing the alley way of the exit).Location does NOT have a drive through teller option or a drive through ATM option.ATM is located at the rear entrance of the building (easily missed if you are not looking for it).

Am a local business owner and am in the bank twice a week. Acacia is an awesome employee and definitely should be the branch manager. Jennifer the current manager is probably the rudest banker ive ever dealt with, talks down to me and all my employees like shes above us. RUDE!!!!! US Bank would have ALOT more customers if they sent her packin!!!!

After waiting inline for about 5 minutes while the employee by the name of Bailey treated another customer disrespectfully, the same employee began to work with my wife and I. Since I didn't fund an account quick enough that was set up online, it was closed so I asked if I can just open a new one up. Her and the other female employee who's name I was not able to get were disrespectful and refused to help set the account up since they were worried about leaving right at 4. Because of their disrespect that was shown not only to me but another customer as well as their choice to not want to help my wife and I, I will not utilize this bank now nor in the future. These employees and their lack of customer service need to be dealt with as they are in a customer service industry.

I like US Bank in Canon City....great customer service and they are always helpful. I opened an account online but I couldn't figure out how to make a deposit. I went to the local branch and Acacia was able to help me!! Even though it is a smaller bank the customer service is always great!! In previous reviews about reduced hours, and bank being closed seems unfair!! Covid was not kind to smaller banks and businesses I believe this bank managed very well through these trying times!! Great job guys!!!
