Automated message is annoying, long, and doesn't work properly. Have to navigate thru 10 minutes of that to get thru to the actual location just to sit on hold for 20 minutes and still nobody ever answered the phone.

Horrible customer service. The little girl "madi" that waited on us at register was extremely rude. Sad places can't find good, respectful workers anymore!

Miserable vaccine service today and most other days too. Employee cannot login into system, customers backing up and one hour past appointment time. No updates, or status of my appointment. Just stand at counter while employee has a bewildered look on their face. Avoid this store if you can. Go to Walmart, or any other pharmacy to get better service than this.

Horrible customer service. Delays in prescription processing without advising customers. Multiple different stories from employees, while 5-6 pharmacy techs wandered back and forth and laughed and talked. They also send your calls to 3rd party "employees" not even on-site for assistance. If I wanted long distance assistance I'd be using AMAZON!!!!! Horrible! Lost my business forever.

I gave the place the benefit of the doubt, until this week when the pharmacist went on vacation as she should be able to do, and the entire corporation left it without a replacement, I will be transferring everything once they actually open over to palace I'm now on day 4 without a blood Thinner.

Like many, Walgreens was the only pharmacy my insurance considered in-network so here I wait in line. Again. Good pharmacy staff (store staff demonstrate overt contempt for their jobs) but the pharmacy staff just can't keep up with the demand). Wait, wait, wait. When there's high order volume, the refill automated phone system may fill Rx orders outside this store, then transported it to the store, resulting in pickup delays to the customer who isn't informed about delay. This scenario results in wait, wait, wait in line to find out your Rx isn't there, despite the automated system having told you it would be there. It's a painful system. Walgreens - can't you do better?

Waited 1 hour in the pharmacy line. they only have one person working the line when they had a whole line of vehicles. it's like they don't care about you.

Wait all morning at urgent care. Finally get a strep diagnosis and rx. Go to Walgreens at noon to try and get my antibiotic....wait in line until about 12:45, finally get to the window and I'm told it won't be ready until 3. Frustrated start driving home and almost there up shitty snow roads but get a message just after 1 saying it's ready so I turn around and head back. Get here at 1:30 on the dot and they tell me they are closed from 1:30 until 2 for lunch. I tell her I'll just wait and she tells me again they are closed. Yeah, well I'm not leaving again to have to wait in another line. Wtfff I feel like absolute shit and would just appreciate not being dicked around while they eat fucking subway or whatever. Talk about ZERO customer care. Rotate breaks or take two freaking minutes to be a kind human and get me my medication. Unreal. I'd select zero stars if I could.

The staff at this store are so wonderful and hard working. Every time I shop at this store; I see rude customers. I pray that people see how over worked and understaffed they are. They always have full shelfs, and a very clean store. Thank you.

I used the drive-up option (11:24am) to pick up 3 scrips that had been called in 2 days prior and we're confirmed ready for pickup by a text from Walgreens. I was 5th in line, no one was getting tested for covid. It took an hour and six minutes to get my medicine. The time from beginning to end should not take this long and your processes should be evaluated and corrected. At 10 minutes per trans action I would say some work needs to done by Walgreens.

The Walgreens in canon city Colorado is the slowest and most incompetent Walgreens I have ever been to. Not only do you have to wait over 30mins in the drive through. But when you finally get waited on. They can't even get your change correct if you use cash.

This pharmacy has messed up every o e of my mother's scripts for the last several months. She has been severely ill and has needed her scripts filled ON TIME and they can't seem to to get their stuff together. ANY other pharmacy is a better bet then this location!!
