I will not do business with this branch. I called in to inquire about their 4.00% apy interest savings account listed on their website. I called in and selected “SPEAK TO A BANKER” from the phone options menu. I then was connected with and spoke to a polite young man who was completely unaware of the promotion and he had to look it up. I then asked if the interest was apy and he had to search around. I then asked him to please tell me how much the interest rate on $10,000.00 would yield per month within the 3 month 4.00 % apy promotional period. He stammered and grew nervous. I knew that he did not know how to do the calculation to determine the amount. Instead he told me that bank policy was not to tell the customer the monthly apy IN CASE THE BANKER WERE TO MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE CALCULATION. Is Wells Fargo a joke now? Your bankers can’t determine monthly apy returns? And apparently Wells Fargo corporate is endorsing this type of bafoonery (as according to the “banker” with whom I spoke). No. Just no. You idiots signed millions of people up for fake accounts on multiple occasions and now just a few years later your “bankers” can’t do math? No. Just no Wells Fargo, what a joke this institution has become.

This Wells Fargo Bank is as good as my old wells Fargo Bank I banked at before I moved to this location,, I've been with Wells Fargo Bank for a long time even though I moved I won't be changing banks at all.

Only issue I have with wells fargo is their overdraft policy. It counts the DAY OF which isn't even 24 hours before the so called "extra day" to get money into the account which for the average person is not an additional day since many have direct deposit for their jobs so it cannot be controlled when money goes in. We had money deposited at midnight which counted as the next day because of this ridiculous policy that they claim is an extra day. Considering changing banks!

I had to open a new account and I was recommended to Wells Fargo. I was only familiar with Wells Fargo from what others had told me and would never review a place without having gone there myself. Because of the extreme differences and opinions I gathered. I went ahead and chose Wells Fargo. I couldn't be happier with my decision extremely professional while diligently handling all of my documents with integrity and the utmost concern for my privacy and security. And I was fortunate enough to get what had to be the best Banker in the business Miss Rachel was extremely professional and very thorough and conscious of all situations that could occur knowing that she was answering questions before I could answer them I was making mental notes she touched on every single one and then some I couldn't be more impressed I mean extremely impressed she was by far the most intelligent Banker I'd ever met with and showed a genuine concern for me as a customer and as a person as well because we had touch base on future accounts as well I couldn't be more impressed again fabulous employee. I would not be surprised if she was running her own Branch very soon.

I deposited a check through the ATM they put a day hold on it then when I checked my account today to turn around and they said they were gonna put a five business day hold on it. I don’t understand this and there is no way for them to release the money any sooner. What a joke time to find a new bank.

Most friendly, quick, efficient staff; Racheal and Brooke are always waiting with smiles and so compassionate. I have never waited inside more than a min or two in the teller line. Dog treats at the drive thru always makes for a special suprise at the end of the day for my working dog Norma Jean.

Super friendly staff. Ashley, Rachel, Brooke and others always have a smile on under that mask! Face to face banking is challenging right now and I applaud the staff here for hanging in there through the challenges. Keep up the good work!

Very little staff for a day after the holidays and the 1 banker they had was experienced but very slow. Glad I don’t visit often considering I stood in line for an actual hour. Staff more people!

One of the worst banks in Canon city.. I went to cash a check it was from there bank from my employer. After giving them 2 forms of I'd they wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash it.. I have never seen a bank charge to cash a check from there own bank..

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for one of the two cashiers to help me when I got up there with a Wells Fargo issued check they wanted $7 to cash it because I personally did not have an account with them. this is the worst horrible banking system I have ever dealt with

Very friendly staff! The staff calls all regular customers by name. They are fast and efficient. I prefer stopping here before I even make my way back to Pueblo WellsFargo banks.
