Carmen was very kind and generous. She had to work a 13 hr or more day. Call outs are the cause. She is amazing.
The Taco truck on the backside of the lot was hopping busy. The liquor saloon is almost attached. Aloha!

Unfortunately I want to love this place and they do have maybe the best wine selection in the valley but I had an issue with a bottle of champagne there was clearly a visible flaw in the cork under the foil and I kindly returned the bottle asking for a store credit but two weeks later after several phone calls (one where someone picked up the phone and was aware of the situation) there has been no resolution and I had to resort to getting my credit card company involved. I wanted to be a long time great customer as I am someone who tends to spend a fair amount on wine monthly but unfortunately it seems the store was not willing to be reasonable, understand or even to the slightest customer-focused. I even left the open and still bottle back with the store but no response… so seems was $125 down the drain.
