Tommy is an amazing coach, leader, and motivator!!! Both my kids have loved their group and private lessons with Tommy. He and his staff are top notch and offer the best instruction in all sports, especially lacrosse. We’re so lucky to have him in our valley.

Initially, we found EPA for my son's Private Lacrosse Training. I came back for Personal Strength & Conditioning Training to get in shape for the ski season. Now they have Indoor Pickleball, and I don't think we are ever going to leave.

Really great facility focusing on high school athletes. Tom the owner is obviously knowledgeable and passionate about his purpose. Definitely a training ground for taking you to the next level!
