“Not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. It's like most laundry mats I've been too. You don't go there for the ambiance. When the quarter lot jammed right before I could do my wash I was able to call them. I spoke with one of the owners who immediately sent her husband over. He was there in ten minutes tops. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He helped me resolve my problem. He even waited for me to start my next load to make sure it was working.”
“Excellent option if your hotel doesn’t have a laundry service. We had some wet clothes from the hot spring and got them washed here. Costs $4 for washer and $2 for dryer, and the process takes roughly an hour”
“I’m a traveler here in Glenwood springs and I come to this laundromat all the time. It’s in a convenient area for me and it’s pricey but I’ve always been able to come here in peace and wash in peace with no problems. Oh and the lady with the dog is super helpful she saved the day for me when my detergent was frozen and it was snowing out she provided me with some to wash still ?”
