You truly get what you pay for with insurance. I worked with Mo Shalabi who got me better coverage for less money than I was paying for on a popular online policy. I had no idea that the "name your price" deals can leave you so exposed. So glad I made the change and received the customer-focued advice.12/2023 Update: I want to give a couple of shout-outs: Thanks to Rebecca who has been super efficient in helping me with claims and troubleshooting billing/autopay issues for my home and auto policies. Valley residents will appreciate having someone to work with them on navigating buyingg health insurance off of the local exchange, and James helped me understand all off the options so that I could make the most informed decision. A really nice perk for customers to have this service at no additional charge.

Had a great experience with Martin Insurance group. Lucas helped me get way better rates on my auto and renters insurance than the one I had. He was very easy to work with and quik to help me out. All and all was great experience just wish I had called them sooner.

Lucas helped us find the best insurance for our needs. We were severely over paying with our previous insurances and Lucas helped us find a new policy that saves us over $200 / month.
