About River Valley Ranch Ranchhouse
The Ranch House is the heart of the River Valley Ranch Community. The 14,000 square foot Ranch House features a staffed hospitality desk, luxury Great Room with a library, board games and TV, fitness facility, men’s and women’s locker and steam rooms as well as a conference room. The conference room is available to members to book for private functions such as business meetings or special interest groups. The Ranch House hosts Tennis, Swim and Fitness Programming along with numerous other functions and events. It also hosts all monthly Executive Board Meetings, the Annual Meeting in December as well as the Summer Gathering in July.

I think you have to live in the neighborhood to use this facility, but they do have an amazing pool and nice amenities here. We came for the pool this time. My kids love it. Salt water and warm. Such a joy in the summer.
