My overall experience with Shed City USA was very positive. Their website was easy to navigate, with a wide selection of shed styles, sizes, and custom options. I appreciated the transparent pricing and the ability to see add-ons like windows, ramps, shelving, and siding upgrades clearly laid out.
The customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I had a few questions about foundation requirements and delivery timing, and they answered promptly and professionally. The order process was straightforward, and I was able to customize the shed to suit my needs.
Delivery was on time, and the installation crew was efficient and respectful of my property. The shed itself is well-built—solid materials, clean workmanship, and exactly as described. It's holding up well so far, and I feel confident it will last for years.

Mitch is wonderful! He helped me build a custom shed and walked me through all the specs to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Delivery was quick and seamless, can’t recommend shed city USA enough. Thank you Mitch!

I got online to look at options for sheds. Looked at who provided sheds in boulder. Shed city popped up. So I put in the order filled in address and everything was good got order confirmation and an hour later a email that said we do not deliver to boulder canceled order. That's it. Being it's 2024, their site shouldn't allow anyone to purchase after the address is put in, or they talk to the customer to figure out a way that works for both. The customer service is pathetic, and I should have looked at reviews before I ordered. Wouldn't use this company if it was the last one making sheds. Going through this did make me happy I will be finding quality company to work for.
DO NOT GO OFF THERE WEBSITE REVIEWS. HE DELETES ANY HE DOESN'T LIKE. THIS IS HIS EMAIL BACK TO ME AFTER I WROTE A REVIEW ON THERE SITE.
I was a customer. You pulled the money out of my account. Witch makes me a customer. You had horrible customer service. You didn't try anything to resolve it or make the situation easier for both of us.
