Cancelled my reservation the day before our move since there were no trucks. Maybe that’s cause everyone is moving out of CO. Thanks… now I gotta find a mover in less than 24 hours. Good job u haul.

We went to return our U-Haul a day early (outside of business hours). When we arrived, we went to do the 24/7 Check-in, but realized we didn't have any internet connect to complete the check-in.Thankful the owners of Ute Pass Rental Inc arrived and were willing to help us, even though it was a Sunday and they were closed - that is 5 star customer service!

Best U-Haul experience I've ever had! - (and my first solo U-haul was in 1974). These guys went above and beyond for me. I had a lot of problems doing this move including a trip to the emergency room via ambulance. They worked with me consistently and cut me a lot of slack. I couldn't be happier with a U-Haul Dealer! I Highly Recommend!

Worst U-Haul rental of experience of 5 U-Hauls. I don't need to be babysat, but he gave me the keys with a 30 second walkthrough. I walked through lights, signals, breaks and equipment functionality myself. Oh and the windshield was very dirty with plenty of bug goo. Stunk of cigarette smoke and ash tray was dirty.
