My family and I have been patients of Black Diamond Eye Care for a number of years. We have always had great service. I appreciate the doctors (and team) listening to my needs & them asking questions of me so that they can fit me with the right product(s)! I also appreciate the fact that they give me sample contacts to take home and try for a few days before placing my order. I have never felt rushed when there and the doctor always provides detailed answers to all of my questions.

I would not recommend this place or if you do just make sure you advocate for yourself. I went in the first time and my appt took 1.5 hours because they were really late and my appt was 8:15am, they had just opened so not sure how you can be that late. Then I mentioned all my concerns and the doctor did nothing about them nor did he suggest anything or do any testing. I then quickly picked out glasses I liked. The guy helping me was putting stuff on the computer. He didn’t ask me if I wanted certain features or any questions. Then I was going to be late so I paid and left. Come to find out there were numerous charges on the bill that no one discussed with me nor did I indicate it was ok to select those. When I use my glasses they don’t help and there is a lot of glare when inside. I called them and they said I had to come back in and they would check them and fix it for free. I go back in for my appt and they tell me the prescription is fine despite it not being helpful and they ask me if I have dry eyes so of course I answer the question which apparently means they can now charge me $80 for a medical appt my insurance doesn’t cover even though I wasn’t there for that, nor did I request to talk about that. I guess people will do what they need to, to scam people out of money. Unbelievable!!
