“I preface this review by saying I'm not one to shop in-store, but I do LOVE the shop online and pick-up or delivery services of this Wal-Mart! It's honestly the best. We've had the Wal-Mart+ membership now for just over a year and it's totally been worth it. Easy time selection for either pick-up or delivery. Only once did I have a delivery challenge and they made it right! We've now tried the new in-home service where delivery is included and delivered in to my garage via controlled access. The agent who delivers has taken great care - they will place refrigerated items in the fridge-freezer for you, all in a matter of minutes. For those concerned about having someone in your space, you receive a video of the entire delivery almost immediately - from the moment the agent exits the van to confirmation that your garage door is lowered and they close out your order. What a great service from the store! The time-savings and convenience this offers is appreciated!”
“The staff who work in meat dept is so nice. I don’t remember his name. He has a beard. When there is no ground beef in anywhere else. He got me the last one. Thank you”
“Today I picked up some wonderful chuck roasts. At the checkstand Jennifer greeted me so cheerfully and remembered that I like paper bags. Everyone at that store is friendly, and I always feel welcome.”
“I purchased allergy pills yesterday and I left them in the store while checking out. Came back to purchase the pills again. Thought I'd give it a shot so I went to customer service and showed my receipt and explained what happened and the guy said as long as I believe I left them behind I could grab another box. It's only $4 but I really appreciate the excellent customer service. This store is clean and we'll organized too.”
“Convenient to shop here as you can purchase different categories of items. I looked at hair care to check out what they had for split ends. Lotion as our hands are getting dry from the winter weather. Wandered through the clothing section to get to groceries and looked at new styles of clothing. Picked up Asian noodles, Oreo snack pack, cat food and other groceries. They had one of the self checkout areas roped off which was inconvenient as I walked all the way there before I saw that it was not open. So back to the other side of the store. They have some empty shelves as well but for the most part I found what I needed. And lots of parking too. They have an electric vehicle charging station.”
“Some people need to learn patience. The employees here are great , before putting the cashier down put yourself in their place. Not having a bagger is not the end of the world. They can't get help . I like having a bagger to but that is how it is . It's just not going to get better”
“To the pharmacy staff. I know what you're going through. I watched as customers came and went screaming and yelling while ignoring the short staffed sign. Thank you for being patient, polite and finding someone to vaccinate my wife. You're doing the best you can right now and there are people that notice. Keep up the good work. “Jase and Kody might as well run the place . They helped me find items check me out and get me out to the car. They deserve a raise like 21 dollars an hour. Thankfully the younger generation is saved thanks to these two. This proves the younger generation has hope. We need to get these kids noticed. Thanks for the help and what a good and beautiful store.”
“I can give five stars because of the outstanding pharmacy team. I can give five stars on the cleanliness of the store. I can give five stars for some other reasons. That said, I give five stars because of one person, Chris, the friendliest cashier with a big smile and wonderful laugh. I live a mile from another location, but I literally drive the extra mile because of her. Why? I walk in the door hoping to hear Chris passionately say, "Welcome to Walgreen's". She interacts with customers wonderfully, but she keeps the line moving. It's both an amazing art and skill.”
“Had a return and needed some items so I stopped by. The return process was fast as there was no line and the associate was efficient. I had thrown away my receipt so she had to look up my purchase. But she was friendly and not irritated at having to do that. Then I was on my way to shop for the items I wanted. Another customer helped me get some noodles they were out of on the lower shelves from the top stocking shelf which was nice. I'm glad they have overstock above so I could grab items sold out beneath if they had more. I did use self checkout as there was no line unlike the cashiers. It was smooth and easy. Used the restrooms while I was there and they were clean.”

“I went to this King Soopers to get some over the counter allergy medicine. I went to the Pharmacy and asked an employee that was sitting down and just playing with her phone next to The Little Clinic where the item that I was searching was located. She very briefly looked up at me and plainly said I dont know and went back to her phone. I then turned to the Pharmacy clerk who very politely and thoroughly explained to me exactly what aisle and shelf the item was on. She single handedly saved me from having a negative experience. I will be sure to search her out if ever I am in need of anything from that section of the store again.”
“8/20/23 I just called the pharmacy. I did not have to wait AT ALL to speak to someone to cancel a Rx. Lila was pleasant and efficient and very helpful. Just like Walgreens used to be before the pandemic.”

“Great! This Pharmacy was one of the few open during a big winter storm. They were able to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy that was closed and have it ready to pick up in 15 minutes. I really appreciate the staff! They were helpful and friendly!”
