By far the worst customer service experience. Went to this 711 on New Year’s Eve and was treated absolutely awful by the staff. He was accusing me of stealing. He stopped the line to watch the cameras and when he seen I didn’t steal anything he didn’t even apologize for the accusations. He said “the person before you just stole something.” He did not do this to anybody else. The line got very long and it was extremely humiliating. Don’t waste your time at this location.

My favorite 7/11! The owner is so sweet to everybody, and the store is always super clean. The fact it’s got a crazy amount of traffic coming through it on the daily while still maintaining top tier cleanliness and customer service really says something about the owner!

we came here on june 11th around 4pm and my fiancé was getting gas and a drink. He always pays for them together. not a big deal. The middle aged lady working who looked hispanic/caucasian was the RUDEST worker. She refused to let him ring up the gas and drink as one transaction. My fiancé let her know that he always does this and has never had an issue. She then said that she would tell the other workers to not allow people to buy gas and anything else under one transaction. According to her it HAD to be two transactions. Really doesn’t make sense. Her attitude was ridiculous for a woman of her ripe age. I guess working at 7/11 in your 40s isn’t ideal but don’t make paying customers suffer because you’re miserable :) There’s tons of other gas stations in the area. I’d swing wide on this one if possible

I am absolutely appalled by my experience at this location. I stopped by on Tuesday, 6/18/24, around 7:00pm. The guy who was working was “beyond” rude (the male working at this time). I got $5 cash back and $20 of gas. I had a few coins I needed to get cash for and the person working immediately said, “You give me headache, I not help you. You on drugs!” I said “excuse me!?” He told me I knew what he was talking about numerous times and continuously accused me of being on drugs.
Completely confused, I surprisingly said, “What are you talking about!?” He then proceeded to say I knew what he was talking about and that I was “smoking meth.” Bewildered and shocked, I again said “Wow, I can’t believe you would accuse me of that.” — It appeared he simply did not want to count the change I had but to accuse me of something so vulgar!? He then said, “Do not come here anymore; you give me headache! You want me to call the police??” I told him to feel free to call the police, I had nothing to hide. I find it interesting he still let me buy $20 in gas and get cash back, but only said something when I asked to convert a few dollars of change to cash I had lying around in my car. He then acted like he was picking up the phone to call the police as I was walking out. — The worst, most embarrassing customer service experience I have ever had. This was done in front of multiple other customers. — I have lived in Castle Rock for 5 years and have never had an experience like this. I have been to this 711 dozens of times and never have I been treated this way.
I am requesting a call-back by a corporate manager and feel this employee should “not” be working at this store. Such an accusation is very serious and I’m shocked and appalled it even happened. SHAME on that clerk for how he acted.
As follow-up, we went to another 711 so I could get my wife a drink and they happily converted the change with a smile. This is simply “and” sadly a testament to what this town is turning into.

This store is a daily stop because it’s close to the house.The store is genuinely clean and the restrooms are as well.The only down side to this store is that the customer service isn’t consistent.There are peak times in the days that are not staffed adequately. This leaves the people that are working and the people visiting the store subject to long lines.

You need to have a price listed on your aircompressor for tires. 5 dollars is very excessive for airing your tires up. I will not be patronizing your gas station ever again and will warn others about your unethical business practices.
