My girlfriend got stranded on Lake Gulch during the last bad snowstorm we had, walked a little over a mile to this place in the freezing cold to use their wall socket so she could call roadside. they flat out refused to let her use it to plug her phone in, wouldn't let her use the store phone, and on top of that they said they "didn't have enough change" when she tried buying a water with a $50 bill. Luckily enough the 711 down the street was cool enough to let her use their phone. Even made her a free coffee.
Not saying this is a reflection of the entire business, but that one interaction surprised me. Don't come here if you're in a pickle I guess.

This place is always clean and chill when I go in. I even left my debit card once by accident, and Ben was able to secure it. It was returned to me when I came back the next day.

Use the men’s room at the new store. Here, disaster stand up stall is out of order sit down, one disaster, very dirty very surprised for 7-Eleven.

Car wash will only wash 1/2 of your car. Completely missing the back of the car, did not even get it wet.Waste of money at the most expensive gas station in Castle Rock. I should have known better.

Paid for a pricey car wash and it missed the entire rear of my vehicle. Waste of $EDIT — got another one today to see if it would be better. It wasn’t. Missed the entire back again. Won’t ever use again..

Franchise so not all connected. Service is fine but the customers can be rude and obnoxious. And the manager just lets them bully you. This location was not welcomed by all in the neighborhood and I can see why.

Woman working at 1:30 p.m. is very rude and angry. I've experienced that from her repeatedly. She has no place working with the public!

I like this one better than the one down the street! Because it’s newer it seems cleaner, and I just hope that they keep it that way!

Please train your staff to do overrides and adjustments when sale prices do not ring up correctly. I should not have to pay full price on sale items because of computer errors.
