This store doesn’t honor their advertised pricing.I went to purchase an item under a 50% sign and the rack had several of the same item. The cashier said they were buy one get one 50% so I checked the sign and it said 50%. She said well one pair is 30%, which was not posted. When I said no that was okay and as I walked away the cashier started laughing. As a consumer I expect better customer service and accurate advertising. I was not rude and simply acknowledged that the sign did not match the computer price or what she said. I will not be returning to this store.

Black Friday at Aeropostle is not the time to check it out. But my son's friend had suggested it to him so we went by. Lots of shoppers but no line out the door. The T-shirts were large jumbled piles. I felt bad for the sales associates. The line for the cash register wrapped around to the fitting rooms. He looked at the different items but he has a specific look he likes and finally he said he didn't see anything he liked. Lots of other teens found items so we might be back another day.

2020-Dec. Staff really tries to catch-up getting the place tidy, but due to holiday foot traffic, it is hard.The staff are helpful.Check-out is fast.

I buy from their web site all the time and was actually excited to go to a location. I quickly learned that most of the prices are the same as on line but the catch was you had to buy multiple pairs to get the deal. Example online mens boxer briefs are $6.?? And at the store they are 3 for $20. Same with the shirt and jogger pants I liked.

This place is disgusting and horrible. Ran by a bunch of young people. Very disorganized and when something is listed for sale, they say it was misplaced and end up not giving the discount.

Amber the manager is very rude! I made a purchase I was unable to fit the items so as anyone would do I took the items back for a refund in the original form of payment (oh when I made the purchase the girl forgot to remove one of the security tags off the shorts) so if I were able to fit the shorts I would not have been able to wear them cause of that blooper!1. The nice young lady (not Amber) started the return she needed Amber’s assistance2. Calls Amber over3. Amber starts yelling becoming very aggressive-hostile flopping her hands around like a animal4. Other customers are watching we are all getting uncomfortable at how AGGRESSIVE AMBER WAS CONDUCTING HERSELF5. I actually lost my debit card that was used for this purpose6. Amber is still very hostile I request her call customer service “I’m the manager I’m telling you what they will tell you because I’m the manager” I’m simply trying to tell her (Amber) I would like my same form of payment as I do not shop at this store enough for a gift card and I can’t fit the shorts so I have nothing else I need, oh I forgot to mention that I was going to purchase three shirts, Amber tells me she can’t give me my “little $60 dollars” so I’m not sure any of my money that I spent was considered “little” before this incident.I ask Amber why was she acting so aggressive-hostile yet if I were to react I would be the angry black woman and she would turn into a victim - still no answer for that question.She is turning red in the face acting like a pit bull ay this point I mean she is yelling acting very unprofessional this behavior was making me and ALL THOSE IN THE STORE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Again why so upset because I want to speak with customer service about getting my little $60 dollars back I asked if I could try and see if my little $60 dollars would go on another debit card that is my replacement card she yells I’m not going to lose my job so you can get a little $60 dollars. This company needs a protocol in place for those who may lose their debit cards so they can get their little refunds back.I actually wish I was able to leave zero stars because the way Amber conducted herself was unbelievable. All I want is my total refund of $170, now that Amber has shown me that being black clearly set her off or maybe it’s because I’m black and needed to return items that I wasn’t able to fit.I seen her interact with the white female customers and no way was it the same! Amber made sure to let me know with her actions that my black money wasn’t welcome in this store nevertheless the nerve of a black customer try to return items and not just accept a gift card!

Cute store and clothing. The staff were helpful when we had questions even if the answers themselves weren’t that great. The thing bringing the rating down was that while we were in the store, a couple was talking to one of the employees just outside the store. I assumed they asked a merchandise questions because she showed them into the store and started pointing out products. The problem is that the two people she had just walked into the store didn’t have masks on at all. Everyone in the store had kind of stopped to stare and the three of them just acted as if there wasn’t a problem. That rubbed me the wrong way for sure and we left shortly after
