I had no heads up they were going to fire me! The district Manager treated me real bad. She talked to me very rude on a daily, It made me feel very uncomfortable. Then I had a fraud though the incomm machine and incomm told me they stopped the process. Three months later I went to a church conference for three days had everything covered. I came back Monday morning she said she had to let me go because the incomm got charged 1000 dollars. Why would she tell me this three months later? I feel like it was a lie they showed me no paperwork to prove this. I truly feel like this was discrimination because I am a Christian.

My husband and came to the Sidney Ne store today to purchase gas. My husband used our credit card at the pump. The pump shut off at $15.00. Wee were told the patron before us prepare for $15.00 worth of gas. My husband was asked if he was going to pay the $15.00, and responded, "of course, we pumped the gas so of course we will pay for it." As a follow up to my original review, this company still has not made necessary changes, I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for bullying and or discrimination. Maybe I should dig deeper instead of relying on my personal first hand experience.

Employees should be excited to work at any location, but some locations in Canon City, CO have varying degrees of inexperience from nervous to just a lack of concern for customers because they may be overwhelmed or tired. None of the Exxons have staff that promote the Rewards+, it seems more like an afterthought. Stores are full of merchandise but still running out of many important things.

Put in $13.38 in gas, got charged $50.00. Incompetent and can’t even call the manager to sort out the issues. The store clerk Marilyn, doesn’t know how to do a single thing, Line was popping out the door, telling people she got no change. Called the store, proceeds to tell me to come back Monday, I don’t live in the same state, that’s not how you handle your customers or complaints. Please get rid of that store clerk, 70 yr old lady, rude over the phone, and all she kept saying is I can’t do anything. Well you did something to charge my card $50.00 instead of $13.38. I told her the invoice number 163001, she says I don’t know what that means.
