Always extremely satisfied. Have been using this facility for about 21 years, specifically Dr. Quint and his team. Although we have been very satisfied with the care from other Drs. as well, when Dr. Quint was away from the practice. Highly recommend this practice for diversity of services, skill and compassion.

Dr Quint is so amazing with my Belgian Malinois, Enzo. Enzo is not much for strangers, especially ones trying to grope and poke him, but Dr Quint has a way of calming him and making sure Enzo is relaxed and comfortable and does everything he can to make sure it’s not a traumatic experience. He’s even welcomed us to stop by for some treats any time we’re in the area so Enzo can be in there without an appointment just to be ok with going in there. LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff for being so understanding and caring of Enzo’s needs and that not all dogs are the same.

I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic and its amazing staff. I only met 2 of their vets, Dr. Huff, a dental specialist, and Dr. Servi, an veterinarian and acupuncturist. Everyone was great. A few days before my appointment with Dr. Huff, Nicole his veterinarian tech called and I had so many questions for her and she answered all of them with extreme patience and as we were talking, I felt much more comfortable with the consult, what might happen etc.; it eased a lot of my worries. I drove from Utah and I was really concerned, but Nicole helped lessen my concern over the unknown type of vet clinic visit. Dr. Huff was great and gave me a lot of information about what was going on with my puppy’s teeth and jaw. I was also very lucky to see Dr. Heidi Servi and wow, what an amazing lady! She really listened to my concerns, and even though I wasn’t sure what was going on with my puppy, I knew something wasn’t quite right. She took the time to examine her and manipulated her body in different ways to figure out what was going on. By the time we were finished, we had more data than we started out with, and she recommended taking my puppy to see a neurologist. Hopefully we will get more answers then. I really feel like she was slowly teasing out the answers and she was so helpful. I feel extremely lucky to have had an appointment with Dr. Servi. She is up there with the best vets I have worked with over the past 30. It was great meeting so many welcoming people at the front desk, and they have a really cool floor scale! ?

I cannot say enough about positive things about Animal Care Center of Castle Pines. Two weeks ago, our Blue Tick Coonhound had a huge problem with “Happy Tail Syndrome†and ended up having to have an emergency tail amputation. They got us in immediately, kept him calm and comfortable and did the emergency surgery the same afternoon. Every person we have talked to has been patient, informative and kind. Each one has taken the time to talk to us and answer any questions we have (we've had lots of questions). They present the treatment plan up front, along with discussing medications and other treatment options, so there are no surprises. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian. Our dogs are our babies, and I'm thankful we found this clinic to care for them. Thank you guys, you are all awesome.

Dr. Ana and her staff have been caring for my 2 senior pugs dental care needs and have truly gone above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about this practice, the genuine love of animals is so apparent I was moved too tears the first visit. I felt like I was “home†and my puggies would get the same care id give them if I had those skills

I absolutely love � Animal Care Center and all the wonderful people who work there. I love how we can all be on the floor with our animals with a big mat some blankets and pillows.The calming music � in the background. It's so wonderful and calming for my cats and me.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic. The quality of the care from the veterinarian seemed ok. But trying to deal with the front office was untenable. Missed appointments, a poorly trained staff, multiple hours spent trying to confirm payments, schedules, therapy protocols....I'm certain I can find rehabilitation services for my dog that are also less painful for me.
