I’ve shopped here before and had a great experience with the younger associates (6/28/25), but my visit on 7/15/25 was the opposite. The associate at the register greeted a white customer warmly, laughed with her, then looked down and said nothing when I approached. No greeting, no offer to help find alternatives — just processed my return with minimal words and a blank stare. Another associate’s friendly tone offering to help start a fitting room for me shifted the moment she saw my face. Even though she later asked if my items worked out, her facial expressions made it clear she didn’t actually want to hear my response. Both associates on this day were white - the one at the register was over 40, the one in the fitting room was middle-aged.
Seeing this alongside other recent reviews from customers of color, I believe this store needs to address serious concerns about discriminatory treatment.

One of the worst customer service I have received at this store. I have shopped multiple times and I have always felt they do not care about their clients who are not white. I went in to return a pair of pants and the manager was very rude and got loud that she could not return or exchange my pants since I had removed the tag. She accused me of wearing them and that I had no receipt. Store manager there needs to get some training. If you are reading this Cindy Mailes you are the worst in customer service. Retire please.

Walked in at 5:15 and was told sharply that they’re closed. Hours said they don’t close until 8 and door was unlocked so maybe employee was having a bad day

Very disappointed with this store. The first time I went in to buy something I was supposed to get $20 off my purchase that did not happen the second time I went to the store. There was an issue with another lady wanting to claim her birthday coupon and they just could not find it and didn’t even try to work with her. She was a lady of color just not feeling too good about this store if you are a person of color. I did speak to the manager about this, but I wasn’t pleased with the results won’t be shopping here no .

Very nice professional clothes. But staff was not very friendly. They were very attentive to white, above 50s women, but not to me. (I have an accent and my husband is hispanic descent) Very dismissive. Also, when asked about military discount, lady stated that is "only for active duty" First. Active duty women will most likely not be wearing these clothes. Secondly, I've never heard such a thing for retails. I've shopped with our military discount for 20 years. It's either none or 10-15%. I will not be returning to the outlet store.

My wife found many choices of good quality that fit her needs, but noted more than once the significant increase in prices over a previous visit. If you're prepared for retail store prices, you'll find a good selection and good quality here.

Clothes looked really dowdy. Normally can find great career petite size clothes. Felt like a shop for 60 and over. Designers need to revisit the style and your audience.

Ann Taylor is just excellent office clothes, also the petite line is perfect for Latin woman’s, she is really care about the forms off your body and the results is amazing!!! Every day an classic and fashion outfit ☺️
