Kyle and Jaz were absolutely amazing!!! Kyle was very knowledgeable and truly cared about our needs for a specific sneaker. Will definitely be going back due to level of service they provided!

I went into the store a couple of weeks ago with my mother. We both purchased two pairs of shoes. It wasn’t until we got home that my mother realized one of her pairs of shoes was not the ones that she had tried on. There was another lady next to us trying on the same pair of shoes and she must’ve grabbed the ones my mom tried on. The ones my mom bought were road tested used and dirty. I called the outlet right away. They said they would put the other shoes on hold - no problem we could return the ones she got and replaced them with the ones she was supposed to Get. When I went back this last Saturday I was greeted by the manager on duty Josh. Right away he told me that he was unable to return the shoes that I had because they were road tested and not a returnable item. Nothing was mentioned when my mother purchased these shoes about them being road tested nor was this explained to me when I called The outlet the same day we purchased and explained that we got the wrong shoes. He was completely rude and disrespectful, considering he is the Manager- What kind of example is he setting for his employees. I Could not believe the way he spoke to me as a customer. I drove 40 minutes to get there and his response was why had I not called prior to coming on whether I could return these that day?
He commented that he knew exactly who I was because he was there when I had called prior and spoke to the other employee, but he still was unwilling to do the exchange or return.
I will not be returning to the store! I do not want to give my business to a company that employees such rude people and promotes them to Management.

I went in at 5 pm on Saturday Feb 2nd with the intention of buying 2 pairs of shoes. When we walked in the 2 people behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. We walked around for a few looking at the new arrivals and still were never acknowledged so we left. They would've had a nice sale if they had acknowledged us. Tell them to do better

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. In a world where customer is the differential between store, I would absolutely encourage you to literally run away from going to this store. If I could give zero stars I would.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I just absolutely have to with this. The customer service here was great! Jessica helped me find a pair of shoes that would work best for me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Asics is my brand for running everything. I swung by this shop on my way into CR and loved every second I spent in there. The staff was very knowledgeable on the shoes and gear questions I had. Very pleased with the prices. I was nice not having to wait for delivery.

Prices no different than website, +$20 than Amazon.Staff reluctant to assist me while inattentive to customers talking to one another. When asking about pricing inconsistency, one associate said “then go get it and bring it to me,” and would not follow me to clarify/engage with the product. I inquired about court shoes and another associate only paused their personal conversation with another associate long enough to say, “all we have is back there.”I think ASICS makes great products, but their customer service is poor.

Miguel was an awesome associate, it was 6:54 and he let us in even gave me a few recommendations for shoes related to my job and was amazing over all even helped us save money!
