Terrible, just terrible experience!! The staff was in such a hurry that they messed up my internet order by using the wrong city for the correct address!! I have spent soooooo much of my time fixing this!! They also did NOT know that only one internet account can be on an account!! They also forgot to give me 20% when I bought 3 items!! What the hell is going on in that store!! Never return and in fact, I am leaving ATT for Verizon!! Don’t go to this store

Miles was great, we came in to see him and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up getting us a cheaper plan and new phones for cheaper than what we were paying.

Miles was very helpful! I was on an older plan and he helped me get into a newer plan and saved me 77$ a month and I was able to get a new line too! He was super honest and definitely recommend coming to see him! 10/10 experience

The team did amazing! These guys really know their stuff. I’m blown away by how they were able to transfer all 5 of our phones from Xfinity. Xfinity seemed to make it impossible, but these guys worked miracles!
