After my car was rear ended I was recommended to Crash Champions by a co worker and by my insurance. When I took my car in they explained everything and did a quick walkthrough. When work was being completed I received several updates and then my car was ready a day before expected! Overall the workmanship is great and the service is even better. Thank you!Services: Painting

Everyone at Crash Champions were so friendly and great to work it, especially Valerie and Sean. They kept me updated on the process of the repairs to my truck with automated texts and personal phone calls, which I really appreciated. My truck needed a lot of work and they actually finished nearly a week early from the estimate they gave me. They vacuumed and cleaned out my vehicle as well, which I was not expecting at all. My truck looks great and I am super happy with everything.Services: Painting

I brought my car in for hail damage and the repair work was phenomenal. There is no evidence that the vehicle suffered hail damage. The exterior looks awesome! The repair was completed within the estimated time frame and I received regular communication about the status of the vehicle.I ended up returning because there was a sticky, black residue that left a smudge in a back window and to address a few hail dents that were left off the estimate. Again, the hail repair was great and now there are no signs of the hail dents. While the window appeared to have been cleaned, the residue was still there when I opened/closed the window again. In addition, the inside of driver-side door and floor board was covered in a white dust. The dust wasn’t a big deal to clean up. My husband and I will troubleshoot how to clean the sticky substance from the window.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I needed a repair for a keyed door and Valerie and everyone at Crash Champions were amazing. The car was done sooner that anticipated and it looks better then when I bought it!

Based on my initial experiences in making an appointment for repairs and dropping off my car, I was expecting a positive experience working with Crash Champions in Castle Rock. Unfortunately, my experience in the end was a major disappointment.I had brought my car in for repair of light hail damage that affected almost every body panel. No body panels were replaced in the process. Only paintless dent repair and minor trim piece replacements were performed. The positives: the paintless dent repair work was done well, my car's interior was clean and free from scuffs despite removal of the headliner and multiple interior trim pieces, and the office staff was friendly. The two-star review is due to the unfortunate surprise I received when I came to pick-up the car. I was led out the car, and without any explanation was shown a car that had a severely cracked windshield. While at the body shop, three large cracks had developed at an existing rock chip in the lower corner of the windshield and had spread across the entire windshield. I was aware of the rock chip prior to dropping off the car, but the cracking was certainly not there. I had washed the car prior to the repair work specifically to make it easier for damage to be seen so I was well aware that there were zero cracks in the windshield field of view.I understand how performing PDR on the hood, A-pillar, and roof in the vicinity of a rock chip could cause glass cracks to form. What I can't understand is how in the process of performing almost $7,000 of bodywork, this shop had neither the time or sense of professionalism to call me to give a heads-up that my windshield had cracked-out.I left the car at the shop overnight and was told to expect a call from a manager the following day. Instead, I received an automated text message saying that I had already picked-up the vehicle and then a call from the receptionist saying that it was determined that my windshield was cracked at drop-off.When I returned to pick-up the car and speak with a manager, I was again told that the cracks were already there. Then I was told that even if they had gotten worse while at the shop, they pay no attention to the glass at all and can't possibly keep track of the condition of every windshield in the shop. And finally, best of all, a simple "Well, it is Colorado".I was shown a photograph of the windshield taken at check-in that was believed to show an initial crack in my windshield. I accepted this explanation and left with my car. However, after leaving the shop, I realized that what I was shown in the photo did not correspond at all to the location of the cracking on the car. The bottom line is that my windshield was catastrophically cracked while having work done at Crash Champions. They were either too unobservant to notice it or too inept to think to report it to me. The lack of communication on their part was disappointing. I will not be bringing them any business again.

After 4 ½ weeks of having my car, I went to pick it up. There is a crack in one of the parts of the grill, one one part of the grill trim is still missing. But at this point I just needed to have my car back. I understand there have been delays due to part’s availability but every time I called, there was a new part they needed but hadn’t realized. Wouldn’t a business that specializes in car repair KNOW what parts they needed as soon as they took the car apart? This makes no sense to me. I will make sure after the completion of the work (which, when I picked up my car last Friday, was told it would probably be Monday. And here we are on Thursday and nobody has called me for an update on the parts) I will definitely be going online to post my review of this business. Nobody should have to go through this! I asked for a discount on my portion of the repairs due to the exceptionally long wait for the repairs to be completed but was flatly denied. Still not fixed and have paid them. Beyond dissatisfied!Services: Painting

Reasons for 2 stars:1. They replaced my running board without asking me. I did not see anything wrong with my running board. I'm not sure why they replaced it and charged my insurance company for it.2. On their final bill, they itemized 18 hours to fix my door. I am pretty sure these are not high school kids working the dent out of their dad's car so they don't get in trouble. These should be professionals and it should not take 3 shifts to take apart a door, get a dent out, and put it back together. Either they are incompetent or they are being dishonest, or a combination of the two.3. They left a gap where my door meets the body. While it's not perfect, I rode on the highway, and the wind noise is not as bad as I thought it would be. I guess I am okay with the gap still being there, but I think a professional shop would have made sure that is flush.4. I was initially quoted $3k with a replacement door. Final bill was $3.7k without a replacement door, just fixing my existing door. that irks me. They should be trying to cut costs, not trying to take the insurance company for all they got. Conclusion: I won't use them ever again.

The team was excellent from top to bottom. Had a scratch and dent that was completely gone when I got my car back. Efficient with their time and Valerie was very professional and helpful. I have another set of scratches and will be taking it back to them. They also vacuumed the front floors to my surprise so I appreciate the detailing gentleman as well. Great work!

Complete garbage. I took my truck in for a tailgate and bumper replacement, this took 6 weeks. I took it in for the first time, they had it for 4 days, nothing was done. I needed my truck and they "let" me have it back. I rescheduled for about a month later. They didn't have the parts in for the first occurrence, and then proceeded to tell me that the new part needed to be painted. So, after I finally had the truck finished, it looks good, but the lack of communication really had me second guessing my choice. I guess if you have a month to spare for mediocre repairs, then they're fine, but it wasn't for me.

My Prius was hit in the parking lot at Whole Foods. The damage was not severe. Crash Champions was recommended by Farmers Insurance. I'm always worried about trying new body shops. I've heard horror stories. Crash Champions was flexible, on-time and their estimate was right on. The work, itself, was really good. You can't even tell my car was hit at all. The team there was very nice to work with, as well. I recommend Crash Champions in Castle Rock if you need body/bumper work.Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer over Thanksgiving week. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate at Crash Champions for January 10. I took it in, they took many pictures and scheduled me for repairs starting February 28th. So, I took my car in February 28th. This is when they informed me they had no record of an estimate being done, so they'd have to redo it. I made it very clear that this was my only vehicle and that my insurance does not cover rentals. Fast forward 3 weeks. I get a call. I assume this will be a "we're nearing the end of repairs" kind of call. Nope. "We've just finished your estimate and ordered parts". Another 3 weeks go by and on the day I'm told I can pick up (April 6th), they let me know they lost two small parts of my car and would have to order more. Finally my car was finished April 7th, but they did not tell me this until I called and asked. I have my car back after SIX WEEKS of miscommunication, lost estimates, and missing parts.
