This store specifically is the worst. They are very typically out of stock on items and if you call for assistance, it’s about a 33% you’ll get someone helpful. I needed brakes and rotors for my car yesterday and when we called, someone super helpful answered. Surprise! We got to the store and the guy had the order on the computer and grabbed the items we needed. We get home and are working on the second rear rotor only to find the item in the box was a front rotor. Box label aligned with rear, but rotor was wrong. We took it back to the store and - shocker - they don’t have another one. He checked online and found 2 stores nearby that should have them in stock. We asked if they could make sure and the guy says “well it’s on here”. I asked if they needed to refund the one we had so we could purchase the one at the other store. His response was nope they’ll take care of it.
I feel like a call on his part to the other store would have been super helpful here but he couldn’t be troubled.
We called the other store and they confirmed they had it in stock. When we got there, they were very surprised that we still had the old one. They were now eating the cost on the rotor they correctly had and having to deal with the Castle Rock store’s problem. He rolled his eyes and said it’s typical for them.
We rarely choose Autozone in CR but will make sure we never do again.
Mispackaged, mishandled, NO customer service.

Had a faulty alternator that needed replaced. Christian was extremely helpful and attentive and even stored my instrument in the store to keep it out of the cold while my husband worked on the car. Very grateful!

I just had a very disconcerting interaction with the manager of this store. I drive an EV and was in need of coolant, not realizing that Autozone was not able to carry the coolant. He then went on to demean the fact that I had an EV and walked away from me. I have come to this store before for items I need for my combustion engine car many times. I will never return to this store due to this interaction.
The supposed manager of a store acts this way towards customers?

I came to this location for help pulling a code when my check engine light came on. Carter helped me out and I was very impressed by his professionalism and kindness, which is rare to find in customer service. He definitely deserves kudos for the way he does his job.

Horrible experience. Walked in today at 5:40pm to noone behind the counter. Waited about 5 minutes and walked back out? called them 10 minutes later to complain and was immediately put on hold. This autozone is a joke.
