Avoid PNC bank in Castle Pines if you care about customer service.. Neither the tellers nor the branch manager could figure out how to make a simple mortgage payment and didn’t think this was a problem. Ridiculous! Incompetence of employees and the branch manager was shocking.

What a joke of a location and bank. Service is terrible and I ended up closing all my accounts with this bank based off the encounters from the representatives at this location. Please find another bank and don’t trust them to hold your money.

Took them TWO AND A HALF HOURS and FOUR STAFF MEMBERS INCLUDING THE MANAGER to open a joint account for my husband and I. Then we were told we could decline to order debit cards for our new account and just go have them printed at another branch, only to do that and be told the account has to be 30 days old before we can have a card printed on site, and the cards have to be ordered. Extremely incompetent and unknowable at this branch.

Went to cash a check and the manager took me in the office to verify my check. He decides to get on a team's meeting while working with me. Takes 20 minutes to figure it out. Then I go to the teller to cash it and they make me wait while they help a customer that came in after me. A complete joke

Joke of a company. They don’t honor obligations but will try to sell you something else. They don’t return phone calls in a timely fashion unless you are a new account. Save yourself the hassle. Truly any other bank is better! Actively looking to leave as soon as possible. They only have my business by default. PNC= petty n crass. Go ANYWHERE else.

All the previous reviews were when this location was a BBVA branch. BBVA is no more since it was bought out by PNC which is a much more robust financial institution. PNC offers me more services and efficiencies as the 5th largest US bank. I'm delighted with the change from BBVA and am already refinancing my mortgage with PNC because Chase would not offer me, a long-time customer, a better rate.

The staff is always so kind, courteous and helpful. I’ve never had an issue. We’ve been with this bank through several iterations and have always experienced top notch service. Love these folks!

Banking. Getting charged overdraft fees with there is more than enough money in the account. And banker won’t refund all of them. Gonna go to a different back. Gypsy was the only one who had great customer service and took care of my account

What a miserable experience. Had Andrea Brost set me up with a mortgage and how everything would be fine until they looked at the HOA at the place and declined the loan. I understand the loan decline (rather disappointed with all the rushed paperwork), but someone ordered an appraisal BEFORE I could do the inspection. I didn't hear of the loan decline until AFTER I did the inspection. Therefore I'm burned with a $180 questionaire, $250 inspection, and a $625 appraisal fee. There goes a piece of my down payment; rather stressful for a first time home buyer no? There is a $350 trip fee as the paperwork was canceled in time with a refund supposedly "requested." I was told to wait 10+ days because they are so far behind before the refund can be done. She is no longer with that branch and the person who took over this mess says the partial refund was NEVER requested to begin with! Canceling my account, never doing further business, and telling all of my friends to stay away.

Whatever you do.. do not set up with this bank. They're great when they want you to open an account but the moment you're a customer you will get screwed. You'll get fees they can't explain. Nothing they tell you upfront happens. They shouldn't even be allowed to be responsible for others people money. I wish I could zero star this.
