Been with bellco for over 10 years. They were very good before. I don't know what happen, they are horrible. Only reason I left my bank was because I saw bellco was a good credit union. I don't know. It's soooooo disorganized, customer service act like they don't want to be bothered with you, they give misleading information, etc. It's just horrible now. Have to move on from them and go to a regular bank. Just very disappointed.

Never had so many issues with a bank. My debit card gets decline on a regular. Every transaction gets flagged. They can’t even tell you why you can’t access your bank statements or why your card is put on hold. I have never had to stop by a bank so much for them to “fix” an issue and it does not get fixed until my 3rd or 4th visit for a specific issue. Such an inconvenience and so much wasted time.Maybe this is a good bank for someone with bare minimum banking needs. Potentially a high schooler or someone fresh out of high school as a young inexperienced adult.

I have been banking with Bellco since I graduated high school and I’ve always liked it and never had a problem. The past three months I’ve gone in to have an automatic payment stopped and each time I was told it’s canceled and I’m good and the payment has still come out. Today I went to the castle rock location and Laura, took the time to investigate what was going on and helped me figure out what the heck was going on. Turns out it wasn’t Bellco’s fault it was another institution. Needless to say, I was very happy that Laura took the time to help me and figure out my issue.

Bellco is awful as a company but this branch in particular is incompetent. I drove over an hour to get a new card printed after the bank froze my account without telling me. The card machine was down because of a connection. I waited over 30 minutes and the best they could do was either have me drive again or mail me one in 10 business days. The customer service was fake and they don’t give a rip about you as a customer. Do not bank with Bellco. They are a sham

This is not for this branch just for Bellco as a whole: I think they’re pretty incompetent. I spoke with a representative to change the date of my vehicle payment, and we did and they’ve been marking it as late even though it comes out on the agreed upon date. Will never use this Credit Union again and do not recommend you do as well. Use Elevations Credit Union instead.

Debit card keeps unlinking every other day. Not worth it to keep going in. Changing all direct deposits and moving all money from this company that cant seem to get it together. 30 year members too. The staff tried their best but this is to annoying of a headache for the elderly.

Stick with big banks. I hate to say that. I've had good experiences with other credit unions, but these folks are a disaster. Definitely don't use their credit card. They really have no business issuing cards. You have no hope of disputing a charge. Don't try calling the number on the back of the card. They tell you the charge has posted (duh). Then transfer you to someone who tells you you have to call the bank (uh, who are you then). I really should have known when a friend saw me using my Bellco card to pay for something and laughed at it. Stick with Capital One, Chase, really anyone you've heard of.

My husband and I went to this branch in order to close our account, which is out of town from us, since we had an account opened due to an auto loan that was paid off. We were assisted by Chris Hawkins, who was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, quick, polite, and processed our request very quickly. If this credit union was more easily within reach of our residential location, we would easily bank with them. Thank you!

Had a very nice experience opening up an additional account. Candy was friendly and professional. Also, the tellers I have previously encountered were courteous and met my expectations of a good banking experience.

Worst loan company, ive ever seen with ridiculous interest rates. They deliberately go out of their way to make every part of the process difficult in an attempt to steal your money and equity in said property. Im honestly glad to be out from their loan even with the repo these are horrible people and any company willing to work with them is equally trash. I wish them their associates and their families the worst as that is what theyve done and wished upon myself and mine.

Absolutely the worst bank experience with a bank I've ever experienced Was checking out several products; rates on different types of loans and a 401k transfer. People didn't get back with me. I was also going to move my checking account there so I could earn interest. I talked to one loan originator who was supposed to get back with me. Neve called me back or returned any of my calls. When I reached another loan originator she attempted to make me feel stupid, then sent me an email with a link to start searching, it said I had completed the form. She said she didn't show that I had submitted anything. I tried it again and never heard back from her. I called the main number and my attempts to get another loan originator to talk to resulted in no phone call back. No help on 401k call back either. If an employees responds to this comment to say they're sorry, don't bother. There's no excuse for this poor of service.

I transact inside the bank regularly. The teller team is great. Rick and Wayne are always helpful and bring great energy during my visits.
