Excellent customer service received from Chase. Professionalism I wish other store representatives would exhibit. Had purchased and returned two sets of dining chairs from two different overpriced stores because these didn’t go with my table setup. I found two inexpensive chairs and one cannot tell the difference between the $700 per chair and the $100 chair. I’ve seen similar chairs at a much higher price. Worth giving them a shot.

If you need a new bed, couch, table etc. for the house, you better run, not walk to Box Drop. Conveniently located, delivery and removal service options, friendly, knowledgeable staff (that aren’t pushy salespeople), and a beautiful show room floor. Incredible prices and great selection. We’ve been customers since the original days out of the units down south and we won’t be changing our loyalty anytime soon. Give Carl and the team a shout or stop by. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff was so real and down to earth. They were professional and knew their products. Asked me what I was looking for, my price range and took me right there. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for. If my budget was larger, I would like to get all my furniture from them.
