Everyone at Brooklyns vet is amazing! Today they saw my little dog Molly on an emergency basis… and they were so compassionate with my concerns; and made Molly feel at ease and helped her pains. I cannot say enough about this group of drs and employees. My dog has been coming to them for 10 years , and every visit they take their time to address questions and concerns. Thank you so much for all you do!!

I've been bringing my pets to Brooklyn Veterinary clinic for 10 years. They have gotten us through check ups, illness, surgeries, medical emergencies, and having to put an elderly cat to sleep. Dr. Kathy is wonderful and I've always had good experiences with the entire staff. I trust them completely and appreciate their compassion and dedication.

These guys were super helpful..even though we weren't seen here, they spent the time with us on the phone locating a local vet in Denver who could help. And at an affordable rate. Super thankful for their guidance

DO NOT GO HERE unless you enjoy being harassed for money throughout your WHOLE visit.Wow such a disappointment dealing with the front desk staff, really put the final sour taste in my families mouth. We have been going here for years but tonight a simple visit turned into a nightmare. Heather and Jennifer harassed me the whole vet visit even when they were speaking to me about treatment making sure to get their MONEY. I couldn’t believe the audacity of these two women being so rude to get money that nobody could even determine the price until we were done with the visit.Typically in a business it should be the appointment then the money. Apparently here they need the money so bad they must make sure to get it before you even leave. I didn’t like how the front desk staff treated us and my dog. They made us felt uncomfortable and an unnecessary burden to their business. Heather and Jennifer should truly learn manners, how to treat customers, respect with kindness, and consideration for all pet owners when communicating money.Do not tell us someone left earlier in the day without paying and made us feel as though we would do the same thing, this was so rude and shows this business wants MONEY ONLY.

Dr. Haley is amazing. Had to come in to have nails trimmed and check up. She is very personable and passionate about what she does. The tech was just as friendly and caring. They definitely take your animals care seriously. Very grateful to have them close.

We bring our 8-yr old dog here for extended stays during vacations and also for grooming services. He has been known in the past to be snippy with groomers. They have worked well with him and he now does great and doesn't bite anymore. We like the results and he always smells terrific when he's done! I do appreciate that they're connected to the vet clinic, should something come up.

The whole team did a fantastic job working with my little Corgi Cody. His hind legs are disabled and accumulate sores and scrapes from everyday scooting around, and they gave me some great tips for taking care of his wounds so they can heal better, and researched some products I can use to handle everything at home. You guys were really kind and made Cody (and myself) as comfortable as possible. Thanks for everything!

We had to leave this vet. The lack of consideration for a working person's schedule was so infuriating. The way they treated my dogs was frustrating (treats to other pups in the waiting room, but not mine). The unprofessionalism was abhorrent. When they brought my little dog out from surgery in May the vet said "It's not my best work." Understatement of the year! They had had her all day since 8 am and had clearly rushed her surgery at the end of the day. My little baby looked like Frankenstein and what kind of vet says that! We should have left then, but we didn't.We got our other dog some vaccines and when we came in two weeks later for the boosters they didn't have one of the two in stock. I could have been notified that this was the case before I left work early for this appointment. Then when told to come back a few days later, we waited over 30 minutes to get these boosters and was then told that the OTHER one was out of stock. Again, I had left work early for this appointment and should have been notified that the vaccines were not in stock prior to the scheduled appointment time. At that moment we got our records and left for good. We are now much happier with our new vet.

I took my dog there for the first time yesterday. All of the employees went above and beyond to get me an appointment. All employees were extremely informative, helpful and polite. I will continue to take my animals there. They truly care about your pets there and that's hard to find an event nowadays. Would recommend them to anybody who needs a vet.

Cost is out of line. Yes the staff is nice and they care. But spending $170 for a 10 minute check up on progress is not a good experience. Will look for another place.

We have been receiving excellent care for our 2 mini dachshunds since they both were puppies and had their first check ups!! Madigan has had so many issues from welted hives requiring steriod shots at vaccine update to skin issues since she was a pup. the Dr.'s at Brooklyn, no matter who it was, Dr. Deb or Dr. Kathy, maybe Dr. Ashley too, just read the notes from the last appointment and continued down the list of trying things and ruling things out, they were all on the same page with every visit. It took I think a solid 9 months and by this time Madigan was losing so much fur and literally balding. It was to the point where Madigan was so bald she was like a sphinx cat!! No fur, just fuz and she was oily like the sphinx. Dr Kathy, internal medicine, said that she needs to be on a med permanently in order for Madigan to recover from this. She has been doing great, almost a year later and her coat is so soft and full! She's never had this much fur and it's awesome!! Madigan and Roawinn have their GI issues and allergies that pop up every so often. Everyone at Brooklyn Vet gives them the care and love each time they need help getting better. We couldn't be more thankful for the wonderful care our girls get every time!! Thank you so much, it means a lot!!Mandy & Andrew Dethloff

Extremely expensive! I went in for a wellness check for 2 dogs and spent over $600. I was shocked! I was not asked if I wanted bordatella shots for either but they did it anyway and I was charged. I even turned down 3 things they wanted to do. Can't imagine what it would have cost with the extra stuff they wanted to do. Grumpy lady at reception didn't help make the experience very good. And they still want a urine and fecal sample for one dog but gave me no containers, etc. Also not sure how to get urine sample from a dog.
