If I could give a negative five stars here, I would. Let me lay down some background here for you. I've lived in the Castle Rock area for many many years and ten plus years ago before the mad rush of everybody and their brother moving to Colorado, Bubbles Liquors was great, I knew the employees and the employees knew me. I used to be able to order certain higher end labels that Bubbles usually did not carry and my orders were filled........Great customer service, back then....... Now let me tell you what the last six months have been like........ I called Bubbles Liquors to inquire if they had a certain bourbon in stock, the employee I spoke to sounded like I was annoying her and when I asked if they had the bourbon that I was wanting in stock she replied, "Well, you will have to come in and see, I'm NOT allowed to give that information to you over the phone" and then she hung up on me. (That was strike one!) A couple weeks later, I went into Bubbles Liquor, thinking ok everybody has a bad day, you can't judge a store by some twit they hired off the street with absolutely no customer service skills. I walked over to the counter to the southeast portion of the store to where they keep their more expensive liquors and I proceeded to look on their shelves for the bourbon that I wanted. A manager from the back office looked out and asked if I needed help. I told him that I was looking for a specific bourbon and I said the name of that bourbon. He then said to me, "Well, you don't see it up there do you!." I hope to God that the Owner(s) of Bubbles Liquor World are reading this review........with that comment by that manager, I exited the store and have not gone back since! I have told at least twenty plus people of where NOT to go for liquor. I HIGHLY recommend going to Total Wine in Centennial, their employees are knowledgeable and definitely more friendly. Bubbles Liquor World, I will never set foot back in your store!

1130 am on Saturday the 9th. We walk in. This employee fallowed us around like we are going to steal something. My friend walked one way to grab a coke and i went to grab a point. He runs over asking what I wanted. Wouldn't let me touch the bottles. Usually it would sound polite. But not. He was worried that I was going to pocket something. Rushed me in seconds to choose. Then runs over and stops my friend. Checking his ID to buy a coke. Then runs to the register saying telling the cashier to not sell to me. I did nothing wrong. Completely sober. I didn't say a word to him. He was a total wierdo creeper. Probably 50. Shiny bald head. Un real. I've never been treated like that

Will never go back this place. Just an overall weird vibe in the store and horrible experience as a customer. Drive a mile down the road and support a much more appreciative small business.

Worst for Bourbon. Tiny selection when they have stock but most of the time their shelves are 1/2 empty. their whiskey prices are 20% higher than other larger warehouse liquors and if you ask them to price match they won't give you rewards points. as for top shelf or allocated. don't even bother.

Typically my go to liquor store in the area. Great overall selection, but their scotch is ridiculously overpriced. They list every scotch at close to 20-30% more than literally anywhere else including several smaller local places or even larger competitors elsewhere along the Front Range. Balvenie 14 year Caribbean Cask is $75-85 pretty much everywhere, but Bubbles was listing at $120 which is absurd. Their bourbon/rye seems okay.

Was denied service because my wife left her ID in the car, I had mine on me and she wasn't the one buying the bottle. Even though she is clearly over 21 the cashier refused to sell it to me saying everyone in the store needs an ID. The cashier, Tom, almost seems to like denying us a sale. They however have no problem selling multiple bottles of wine to a woman with small children. Don't go here if you expect to be treated fairly.Prices are ridiculous, I can get the same bottle of bourbon for $5 less at my local liquor store around the corner. Their loyalty program is minimal at best, you spend a ton of cash and then barely have any rewards points for it. Beer selection is only good if you like IPAs, they don't have much of anything else.I'm gonna stick with my local store from now on.This place use to be great, it's a shame it's gone downhill so fast.

A good selection of drinks. I focus on the German beers. Prices are rising but I don't think they're to blame. Always friendly service.

Staff was a little weird. Looking at me like "why you buying so much Alcohol" kind of wish if I go into a store, I'm not judged. Like "you work at the liquor store creepo". I even went back the next week and looked for the same worker and he was there. Kinda gave everyone that look and it made me even more confused. But when I watched him interact with his employees he was normal.Old white guy with the beard, you should really stop making people feel weird for buying something you are selling.
