“New machines now allow you to select a certain amount but it still holds $30. Took almost a week for me to get $25 back. I’ll just wash my car elsewhere… Before the machines would only take $15.
Response to owner: As customers, we understand that we are not charged more than the selected amount and that the $30 charge is a preauthorization and once the transaction clears, we are refunded. The issue is the preauthorization amount used to be $15 and now it’s $30. In the past this was supposed to be resolved where it charges us based on the actual selection.
