This place is constantly closed when they say they are supposed to be open. 2 weekends in a row on bright sunny days in the middle of the afternoon. If you can manage to get here when they are open it’s almost a guarantee that at least one of the cleaning components inside the wash will either not be working or miss your car completely. I have had a monthly pass for about a year now and can’t take it anymore. Will be cancelling.

Castle Rock location is closed a lot without any notices or signs. The member line doesn’t work a lot. I doubt I’ll renew. Luckily, there is a different company close by that does a much better job. You are better off going to Meadows Express Car Wash.

While going through the car wash on December 9 something malfunctioned in the car wash causing the car in front of me and all 4 cars behind to begin ramming into each other. I was stuck in the car wash for several while I could feel my car being hit on both ends. It took several minutes for them to even realize we were all trapped in there so finally we began honking our horns to get someone’s attention. Aside from the terrifying claustrophobia of being trapped in the car wash my vehicle was damaged on both ends and the manager refused to give us any insurance information. I have videos of him screaming at us. It was unbelievable. I stayed for 2 hours trying to get some kind of information out of him to which he refused so I called the police. The officer told me this happens often at this car wash and they do nothing to compensate for any damages caused. The manager had me fill out a damage claim report and then shredded it after I wrote out what happened. He demanded I only fill out my contact info and leave the rest blank for him to fill out the details of what transpired. It’s been almost 2 months and I have not been able to get anything accomplished on getting my vehicle fixed. They just keep telling me they are waiting to determine what caused the accident- the car wash or the vehicle in front of me.

3 lanes of cars with 5-6 vehicles in eachPay your employees sufficient wages, maybe you won't be so short staffed?And maybe lower the cost of membership since you are not fully staffed to service the amount of people you take inIs that why you stay closed during open hours too?Hey members, let's start a class action lawsuit on them

2 stars because when everything works, it’s great. Unfortunately, that’s hardly ever the case. Half the brushes don’t turn, the soap comes out sporadically, and the rags for cleaning are always wet. It’s nice that they provide cleaning supplies but you can’t clean your window with a wet rag. Yesterday (Sunday) I went at 10:05 AM and they were closed. If they don’t get this figured out soon I’ll be looking for another car wash.

Just signed up just over a week ago. Went by over the weekend 2 times in the morning and not open when the time says. Also the center app scanner for the center check in still doesn't work or the option to type in code.Was was good ?!!!

We purchased the unlimited online. We wanted to have the sticker in our window reactived, but the gentleboy working did not have any clue. After 10-15 min. trying to figure it out, for some reason, he ended up charging us for an additional car wash?We went back the following day because the kid had no clue what he was doing. We were able to get the sticker fixed with the unlimited washes, but we were unable to get a refund for the car wash that was sold to us for no reason. ??♀️Oh, and the front windshield washer does not get the entire windshield. It misses the top and its corners.

This car wash closes randomly without notices posted and online still showing open all the time. It is a little bit of a rough wash too “soft touch” is incorrect. It splashed grease and smears brake dust and cannot clean rims. It’s okay in a pinch but for the price, just wash it at a pay and spray where it’s 10x better and cheaper.

They sold me a membership for a monthly subscription which was good but they said my car would fit but it was too low and got stuck. It was a hassle to get the car out of the wash. Thankful I have a skid plate on the bottom of my car otherwise it would have done alot of damages to it. The staff should be more aware of the minimum clearance required.

This place keeps going down hill!! It use to be good and has progressively gotten worse. This employees don't take the time to wash the front or rear of vehicle anymore and the the wash it self does not clean very well! Extremely disappointing better get yall stuff together or I will be going to the one right up the street! Management better start managing!

Best car wash pass around! Been using them for almost two years. Open when you need them to be, great wash, friendly staff. Jael was so nice!

I have NEVER been treated worse in my life! The "manager" ( I think his name was mark) was EXTREMELY rude, and should not be employed by this company any more. He was screaming at me while I was in line. His exact words were 'YOU NEED TO GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL". Unbelievable!

I’ve been a customer here for almost three years. I had a chip in my windshield. I noticed every time I’d come to this car wash, it would make the crack run bigger. The chip was not their fault, so I didn’t bring it up. However, a few weeks later, the car wash completely cracked my front bug shield in half annd left it hanging off my car. They took no responsibility for it and after contacting management (with very poor response time), they would not refund the remaining months of my annual pass. The lack of care for their customers, especially long term customers is very disappointing. I can no longer use the remaining 9 months of my pass as the car wash continues to damage my car and I still have to pay for it. Do not go here.

I bought an annual pass in June 2023. A few weeks later, the car wash SNAPPED my hood deflector. The repair cost was roughly $400. Customer service said they would not pay for the repair nor would they reimburse me for the annual pass. So now I'm stuck paying for a pass to a car wash that broke my car. So disappointing. And what an absolute failure from their customer service team.

This place is your average corporate store. They do not care about quality. Might just cancel and deal with blah hours at the car wash nearby.
