This place is amazing. We’ve been storing here for a little over a year now. The staff is really nice all the time. Their are reasonable priced and have not raised our rent once since we move out stuff in. They even gave us two units that equal to a larger unit for the price of the larger unit because they didn’t have the unit we wanted. We visited all the storage places in castle rock, and they were the nicest with the best price. They have better security than other places we visited, and their facility is very clean. We also has no issues with animals getting into the units. Highly recommended them.

Highly recommend this family business! Kyle was extremely helpful in finding the right unit for my needs. He even took extra time looking into competitor pricing to make sure I was getting the best deal. He definitely provided quality service with a smile!

I have been here for at the least 5 yrs. They keep the property clean, safe and secure. They have great prices. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I suggest this place to all my Family and friends.

Clean, well laid out storage access. Secure and customer service second to none. Kyle is friendly and was patient when showing me around. Answered all questions and followed up a day or so later, when a unit I desired came available. Looked at other facilities in Castle Rock and, after a month of their services, I have no regrets.

Castle Lock Self Storage is a great place for your storage needs. We rented a storage unit for some of our belongings and added on a parking space for our cargo trailer. Everyone at Castle Lock Self Storage was very friendly and accommodating.

Went to most of the others in town and found no people on site at many of them. Had to call them to even sign up. Every time i have been to castle lock storage there was someone there. Nice to know in case you ever had questions. Some places had prices with other charges added on, not here. This place is spotless and the staff is the friendliest i have ever seen. They do business as if we still lived in a small town. Helped me find the right size unit and didn't try to upsell me like some of the others. Easily the best storage place in town.

New, clean and well lit storage units. Very fair rates, a good value. Secure outdoor parking spaces that are easy to backup into. Kyle and Adam are very friendly and helpful. I would rent storage space again from them in a heartbeat!

This storage facility is all around outstanding! I was so impressed with the customer service - Kyle was so friendly and made the paperwork process very simple. The storage units are brand new, super clean and reasonably priced.
