I give this practice a 6 stars for the following reasons: Paige NP highly recommended - dedicating times and Spending as much time with me as I feel I needed. I recently had an emergency and they took care of me with emphathy. Paige NO, has common sense she is a critical thinker smart and has common sense fairly knew to this practice she has + 17 years of experience under her belt she is best and any doctor guarantee that. She Listening carefully and respectfully to you. Informing you about any necessary follow-up care. Being aware of any care you have received from other doctors or specialists, not in this practice. Explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. Involving you in making decisions about your health. Providing details about new medications prescribed. Phone and scheduling staff were respectful and courteous. The doctors, nurses, and other staff did a good job coordinating care during my visit. Casi is great Ema he is a good Nurse she asked me about the MRNA deadly poison and quickly supported my reaction I wish they don’t even offer the poison and I will suggest this in the future at to this point I trust this doctors and Pediatritian with my own family. You won’t be disappointed with your health and care here. Paige NP and the doctors top notch! Thanks ! Hope this helps I just want to end with I thank them for their Amazon care.

We drive from Highlands Ranch for my 2 year old to see Dr. Stage. Once, my daughter in her two years of life, was discharged from HR Childrens Hospital urgent care (I do love this place but have had more than one disappointing experience) and Dr. Stage called to check in a few hours later once we were home, and Dr. Stage ended up telling us to go back in to the Urgent care, he called and had them prepare for our arrival, and my daughter was in hospital for 2 nights. Finally, she tested positive for two different viruses and we were able to move forward. I feel like so thankful.

Dr. Stage is truly the best! He helps my little one, on call! I call him a “greys anatomy” type of doctor lol he is truly amazing!

avoid this place! completely unprofessional!! Doctor was more concerned about getting sued than my health. left traumatized …. something seriously amiss in this little depressing clinic.

This is a very nice and professional doctor's office. They usually get me right in were I don't have to wait long they have remodeled and brought it up to date in here. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is always working with me to help me with my medical needs. I really like this doctor office

I called this office as a new patient with really bad flu symptoms. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful and they got me in same day! I was seen by Philip Bellipanni. He was wonderful! All the staff was great and helpful! I highly recommend them and will be continuing my care here!

Excellent support through and through. The Center Pointe family is always there for me and will schedule visits on short notice as required. I have been with them for over a year and will not go anywhere else. Best care in Castle Rock!

Mrs. Paige went above and beyond to help get me better. It’s always nice to be treated like a person instead of a number. All the staff were friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Tori at the Castle Rock, CO office is rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this office to any family! The only good part of this clinic wad Dr Stage. Who is not with them anymore. Don't use this medical facility they aren't comprehensive or professional.

Heather Darnell is one of the best doctors I’ve seen in my life. And I’ve seen many! She’s great at remembering who you are and the issues you bring up with her. She gives you the information straight and direct. Very professional and worth visiting!I wish more people in the medical world conducted themselves as she does.

These guys are amazing! Heather, Vanessa and the front office ladies are especially great! I hadn’t been to the doctor in a very long time and everyone made the whole experience way better than I was anticipating. Not only were they accommodating, they were super friendly and listened to everything I had concerns about. They also answered every question I had the very best they could with plenty of details making sure I was comfortable with it and understood. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and I will keep being a patient here as long as they will have me!

The Medical Care in Colorado is drastically declining and I’m sadden to have gone to yet another facility that pushes unlawful hypocritical policies. I brought my 2 children in for a visit today, one of my children being severely special needs. My fiancé, who was there to help me with our children, was forced to leave. He forgot his mask at home and the Receptionist was incredibly rude to him. He asked for a mask and she refused to give him one. He ended up leaving while I stayed with the kids alone. After holding down my special needs child for a period of time.. and getting headbutted, pinched and hit several times as he screamed the entire time. We ended up having to leave before even seeing the Medical Provider. As I was leaving the Receptionist wasn’t even wearing her mask and seemed put off that we had to leave. We got a picture of her not wearing a mask and will be making a report to the Medical Board. I would strongly encourage you to seek Medical Care elsewhere. They are not welcoming, they are not accommodating and they are very unprofessional. If the staff acts this way it makes me concerned for the level of care the Medical Providers offer. I am also absolutely appalled that the receptionist was not wearing her mask at a time like this. There is absolutely no reason we shouldn’t have our masks on at all times. What a shame.

The staff worked to accommodate my schedule and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Heather was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to my needs. I highly recommend Center pointe family medicine for anyone looking for a primary practitioner.
