What kind of service station is this????
Can't even clean your windows because no employee services the window washer fluids for the customers at the gas pumps.
They are all bone dry empty.

I came in this morning (11/19/24) and Marlinda, the manager I’m guessing, was going off on a what seemed to be a new employee. As I was leaving I saw the same employee crying in his car. What kind of place are you running there?

Marlinda the manager I assume was super rude when I expressed my issues with an employees attitude. She started down talking the employee very unprofessional don’t recommend this location

Marlinda at the front counter is the best! Theeeee sweetest, most kind, helpful person ag this location! And she let me know about a gas card and gave me one! She’s soooo wonderful! There’s 4 gas stations right off of this exit and I think this one will be my go to since I just moved out here

Just had a terrible experience here thanks to SADIE. I’ve lived in castle rock for 5 years and have been coming to this gas station multiple times a week for over a year and have always been greeted as pleasantly as I greet the workers. One kind gentlemen that works here shares the same birthday as me and we have a laugh about it every time I’m in. Tonight, Sadie made this location lose a customer for life. Besides her very sour attitude and zero smile, she told me she would not accept my DMV issued paper ID. (I’ve had it for 2 weeks now and haven’t had a problem anywhere I’ve gone, including using it at this exact location multiple times.) I was taken aback since no one there has ever questioned me before, but I offered to run out to my car to get my passport for her since I still had it with me from my visit to the DMV. This is when her attitude increased and she said she didn’t want to accept that, and she was “following the rules”. A passport is more legitimate than a driver’s license. I was so taken aback by how rudely she was treating me that I asked for her name so I could follow up the next time I came in - she refused to give it to me and told me I could “walk closer and read it off her name tag”. I haven’t felt so disrespected since I can remember. I think I’ve posted 3 reviews in my 32 years of life but Sadie deserves to be called out for her disgusting behavior. I’m covered from head to toe in tattoos and piercings so I’d never judge a book by its cover - but Sadie’s insides look just as miserable as her outsides. Respect, common decency, saying hello, taking the effort to crack a smile…you’re the face of the gas station you work at and you represent the company. If you’re that miserable, I encourage you to find something more suitable to your interests. Good luck.

Why advertise that you're open 24/7 when 5 times that Ive come to this establishment in the past week, your doors have been closed at midnight? Doesn't make much sense... misleading the customers is a bad business plan..

This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable place I've ever worked. I was treated differently from other staff members (non black) and as the others including the manager never followed policy I was told by the Manager "its not her job to tell me how to do my job" then fired for a procedure that was never taught me to me cause I never was trained after the videos. This store has been abounded by its employees several times and no action was taken for those employees and I was fired for what everyone else including the Manager do. I was hired to this store with my mother and they knew that was against policy and still allowed it, the store is dirty there are mice in there I've encountered a dead mouse in the kitchen area and they been selling expired food I've heard and witnessed these things myself. This store has failed inpection 3 times in the 54 days i worked there. The manager talks bad about other employees to other employees I know cause she's done the same thing to me. She always states her personal opinion on employees and swears she does everything on her own and she's lazy . The district manager is rude and disrespectful and has even went as far as to tell me she didn't like my hairstyle. Neither the manager or district manager have followed the policy since ive been fired they have stooped all communications with me and have not given me any of the papwork that was to be had the day they made up a reason to fire me. I've never been so stressed in a work place as I was here. The absolute worst place I've ever worked and the most unprofessional people I've had to work with.

That one chick someone already pictured is SO RUDE!!! I understand short staffing, but you had to reach to the very bottom of the barrel for that one. She’s rude to all customers, will laugh about you to her coworkers right in front of you, and will take a smoke break after every since customer. If she’s making a cent over minimum wage, she’s over paid.Also, this place is not 24hrs.
