I made a purchase today and after I ran my card the clerk asked me for my email. I did not want to give it to him and I was told I could not get a receipt without it. I left without one and should there be a problem, I cannot return the shoes.
I may be in the minority, but hate giving out any of my info just to buy something. While I love the shoes, I will likely shop elsewhere next time.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this location.
Only one young guy was training to help, but the manager ws very rude. And when she could give and answer to her actions she called security on us.

Back in January i bought 2 pairs of shoes (same style different colors) I used one of the pairs ones and the tip of both shoes ripped i went to return both pairs and the cashier refused to do my return. Yes I had my receipt and it had only been 20 days after my purchase.
I asked for a reason why she was refusing to do my transaction she never gave me a reason and called security on me. The security guy couldn't say why he was there.
The only reason I could find is racism.
So I if you are latino do not go to that location go to the one on lakewood.
They helped me with out a problem.
I have been a customer of this brand for 20 years it really sad that I had an experience like this I have been waiting to get a call from the district manager for 2 months.

Buyer Beware, shipping returns are not "free and easy", they charge you $5. Last time I ever get duped by these people's false advertising.

We were in the shop yesterday. My child exited from the door in the back. It was not saying employee only. Then suddenly, two men who were the salespeople ran to the door and yelled at my daughter and then at us that we needed to watch our kid. I was so shocked to see their behaviors, and it did not make sense to me that two men could yell at one little girl who was curious to see what was behind the door. She cried while we were there, and I was so disappointed.They were not friendly, and when I asked them if they had hiking shoes, one of them acted as if I didn't understand that I should have gone to the Colombia and Nike store!I would like you to do something about it. My family always shopped at this store, and we never had this experience.

Unacceptable behavior for the two male employees to be on their cell phones ignoring the only 2 customers in the entire store on a Sunday at 1pm. And who’s the girl that looks like she just rolled out of bed in a sweat shirt and a baseball cap that also works there? She was talking with the employees that had to respond to my question about the promo. They looked annoyed I had to go up to them and interrupt their conversation. First and last time in a Clark’s store and I will not be returning. How about you clean the messy carpet if you are going to be not engaging with customers.
