Great experience at this location. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of bags, wallets, and accessories. Staff was helpful without being pushy, and the deals were better than expected. Worth checking out if you’re at the outlets.

Terrible service didn’t Greet us or offer help the 30 minutes we were in the store but greeted everyone else and offered assistance to everyone in the store but us, on top of that once we finally did get something to answer question they were extremely rude

For the most part the people at this store are sweet but this one blond lady ruined the whole experience. She was judgy, rude and seemed so annoyed that I dare ask about price match. She rolled her eyes and was just so unbelievably rude when I asked about an online price match for the new snoopy collection. She said her boss told her this and that but I think she just didn’t want to be bothered to do her job.

My husband spoiled me with a new purse and wallet months ago. Unfortunately, the strap broke. We went back to Coach and the sales lady was more than helpful in exchanging my purse for a new one. I am very happy by Coach standing by their products and making sure I was happy. Great customer service!!

Terrible customer service, not greeted once, only acknowledged as we were leaving & this male working there just stared over & proceeded to let a mother struggling with a stroller & offered no help except to help her leave! What a jerk! & they discussed sales on the floor & disagreements amongst associates. Don’t go here!
