“I visited the Buddy Center to drop off donations of towels that they can use as bedding. There is a place right outside the door to drop off items. I had to go in just to see the animals. The place is always clean. It is much smaller than the Denver location so not a large selection. I have adopted a cat from the Buddy Center in the past. They only had 2 cats in this visit, but quite a few adorable bunnies.”
“The folks at Aging Resources of Douglas have helped my mom tremendously. They are patient, helpful, and genuinely kind people. The volunteers provide invaluable services and are always friendly. I couldn't appreciate the work that Aging Resources does for the community more. They really do an outstanding job!”
“An incredible experience! Mark & Lee are excellent horsemen. As a member of the Veterans Equine Therapy group it was an unforgettable experience learning basic horsemanship and having camaraderie with fellow veterans.”
“I work here and I’m mainly writing this bc google thinks I’m here to often to not leave a review. But seriously I love working here and serving all the people. I’ve grown very fond of the kids I see every day in the summer, all my fellow life guards will agree with me. Great management and we make sure it’s a safe fun place for you guys! xo?”

“The help is very friendly they all know me and what I like to buy.
Monday they got a good idea from the old savers to mark down what didn't sell at 50 percent to 2 bucks. Glad to see that I'm on limited income but I like to change clothes everyday. Hope they keep it up those that make it to that rack are my last choices but good deals”
“Note- the only things that should matter with a canine rescue are: -do they love the animals and do their best to give them a good home? -Are those working for/volunteering with the organization generally pleasant to deal with? -Do they operate with integrity and do what they say they are going to do? The answer here is a yes for all three. Highly recommend.Recurring trend on the negative reviews here is just people who get apps denied. Sour grapes. Guess what, I got my app denied somewhere else for a reason I thought was sort of silly but who cares! The criteria was there plain as day, I just didn’t notice it. You know what I did? I applied somewhere else (here) and found an amazing animal to add to our family. The rescue took care of getting her up to date on everything she needed and even covered surgery that was needed prior to finalizing adoption. Those that I dealt with were kind and courteous and obviously care very much about the animals. If you get your application denied, it’s not personal. Literally. They don’t “know” you, so all they can do is set up criteria using many different experiences. It’s the best way to do this. If you don’t meet the criteria here… apply somewhere that you do, drive over to dumb friends league, etc. there are *many* dogs that need adopting. My experience with this group was excellent.”
“Such a wonderful organization that provides international orphan care as well as local foster care and adoption services. Excellent staff with a heart for helping!”
