The people who work here are very patient and try their best to help you with whatever you need. Sometimes things move slow due to being short staffed which I totally get! But I've always ultimately gotten what I needed on time and appreciate their kindness.

Just got profiled after being a 4+ year customer. Went in to buy melatonin, walked to the front and the cashier couldn't even speak for looking so hard, so I went to self-checkout. As I'm checking out, this same cashier now comes from behind the cash register and stands almost directly behind me with her back to me. Mind you she couldn't even acknowledge my presence a few seconds ago. After finishing my transaction, I walked out and looked back and she's still watching me. I definitely will be speaking with a manager next time I'm in the store.

Used to be my go to pharmacy but staff is always changing. Post op meds are not promised forcing you to wait hours if not the next day making it home care impossible. Medications out of sock. Avoid this location. Unprofessional pharmacist wearing a see through tee shirt.

The drive thru is closed for the second day in a row, there is not enough staff to support it. Not enough staff to support the line inside. The pharmacy closed down 3 hours early last night, after I was told to come back for my pneumonia medication. Reason being, they were overwhelmed with the amount of people WHO NEEDED MEDICINE. Terrible way to run a pharmacy.

I've been coming here for years, and I understand the staffing issues coming out of COVID, however the last few times I've gone there's 4 to 5 people there and my prescription has never been ready. I've given them over 24 hours notice multiple times and never has my prescription been ready. This leads to me waiting every single time for them to " expedite" my prescription. You can't expedite a prescription and say it'll be ready in an hour. In the past dropping off a prescription would take less than 30 minutes to be filled. If you can't handle the amount of prescription, then stop accepting them. I never take it out on the workers, because I know it's not their fault. It's poor management from the top, plain and simple.

This pharmacy is a complete disaster. No communication when prescription is received. Drive-thru closed for multiple days due to "lack of staff". 30 min+ waits to speak with anyone at the pharmacy counter. Multiple trips and waits for the same medication despite being told it would be "ready in an hour". Try 24 hours plus. Find another pharmacy!

CVS has an AI phone system that does its best from allowing callers to talk to pharmacists. I had a vax appt that I scheduled weeks in advance. The morning of my appt I received a voicemail from the pharmacy that basically said to call them back. It was impossible to get thru the AI system to talk to the person who called me. So I drove to the pharmacy and was told on arrival that their refrigerators had broken and no vaccines were available. Then they basically told me to go away. Why the F*CK was that not related to me on the voicemail. CVS you totally suck!

I’ve been using the CVS pharmacy for about a year now although I don’t often have prescriptions to fill. Previously when I’ve been to this pharmacy whether going through the drive through or walking up to the counter, I’ve been helped by the same woman. She was often rude and made me feel like she was inconvenienced by me and my GoodRX app which at times can help tremendously with cost. I dreaded coming in because of her bad attitude but it is very convenient to swing by as it’s right up the street from my house so I didn’t switch. Yesterday on the other hand, I walked in and was greeted in a timely manner by a kind woman who began to get my information to start grabbing my prescriptions. Soon a very nice man took over, I wish I would’ve asked what his name was to give him a better shout out! He gave me all the information I needed for my prescriptions as well as held a great conversation with me all while multi- tasking trying to see if another one of my prescriptions was back ordered and tending to another customer. He said hi to my daughter and smiled at her even though she hid from him under the counter and he made me feel very comfortable with trying to get the price down for a script that was $200! As my prescription is for acne, I was discouraged by the price but felt obligated to get it because I’ve been very self conscious of my skin. He told me he hadn’t noticed and he was able to get it down to $162 which was so helpful and when I mentioned I had the GoodRX app he didn’t blink an eye or make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Overall my experience was amazing. I enjoyed chatting while he was helping me and it was a complete 180 from previous experiences. It gave me hope that there are still great people in the world. Thank you sir for your kindness and work ethic! You are appreciated!!!

ZERO STARS! This pharmacy is struggling to meet anyones needs. They can not get the dosage right on medications. I've gone through this struggle countless times, (They don't update your info, and take ZERO responsibility for their errors!) and once you pick your script up and drive off they wont help you rectify the wrong in any way. CHECK YOUR SCRIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I contacted the manager (TAN or SAM) and he is not willing to correct their mistake and was dishonest about what my Dr. said. She called to advise him to contact my insurance and explain THEIR ERROR so I can get the remainder of the month covered, and he refused. He also wont admit to being dishonest and I'll have to go without meds for 2 weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! ( I only gave one star because there isn't an option for ZERO )

The new Pharmacist is as clueless piece of work, talking full on helmet and crayons kind of special, zero help with scripts. Moved to different pharmacy and middle finger to CVS….

1) this was the third time I stopped in to retrieve my prescriptions, the lines were way too long the previous two visits2) I placed a refill order via the app and after 5 days it was yet to be filled; I had to call in to get the order processed. Why do I have to do this? Isn't that what using the app is for?3) when I paid for my meds, a 31-inch receipt was printed. The top 4 inches was the actual receipt, the rest were coupons that had no value to me. OVER TWO FEET of worthless paper coupons.4) the drivethru has been closed for weeks . No apparent reason why. This is the last time I use this CVS.

Was on hold for hours for the pharmacist. Only one person working, do not go here, unsafe staffing.

The worst pharmacy in Castle Rock! Always under staffed, drive up service rarely available as a result.

This pharmacy use to be amazing. Coming from someone who deals with employee shortages I understand, but when you see 7 people working behind the counter and 2 are laughing and joking around while the phone is ringing and you are 10 deep in line with many behind you it gets irritating. They never answer the phone. Lately we have been having to wait days to get prescriptions filled. We have to drive there just to get prescriptions filled or just to ask questions which should be done through the phones if they would just answer. When you go there the drive thru is closed so the line inside wraps around the isles. I truly understand everyone is short staffed but maybe hire someone dedicated to just answer the phones.
