They are understaffed for volume they do. Haven't had issues with staff, purley a management problem with staffing.

Mary Beth has bad customer service skills, heard her sigh multiple times under breath and even muttered out “oh my god” when i asked her a question about something. She was clearly upset and just overall really rude.
