Bridget, the pharmacy manager, was extremely helpful having a prescription transferred quickly, when I was in a pinch. I've had a hard time finding a good pharmacy in Castle Rock, but I think I finally have. Thank you!

If I could give a NO STAR REVIEW on this Pharmacy, I would. Always a hassle with my prescriptions. I get a notification the day before and wait 30 minutes when I show up! I will say, Bridget is excellent! She is great at customer service! Bridget has helped me many times. Thankyou Bridget!I have had times when I received a text from this pharmacy, telling me I have to wait a couple months to refill !!!!

My favorite thing about this pharmacy is waiting in the 30 minute line for a prescription called in the day before, just to be told it’s not ready but because I’m here they will fill it in 30 minutes then I get to loiter for 30 minutes then stand in line again for another 30 minutes. Doesn’t matter if I call, use the app, or the website. If you are very lucky and don’t need meds for a couple weeks, you might have a prescription ready when you try to pick it up.

Absolutely horrible service. They will turn you away if a prescription was on shelf too long, it had only been a week.I called in and the automated system said it would be a week till it was filled, then it was filled and a week later they put it back in stock. Lady that works there with long frizzy hair is super rude and should not be working there if she is not cut out for customer service. She just puts her two cents where it is not needed. Bad service multiple times and are rude. None of that staff goes over and beyond to make things right. Absolutely horrible

If there’s an option for a negative star review this pharmacy would take the cake. I called and spoke to the rudest associate who obviously has ZERO clue on how to do his job. He was rude to me and didn’t even state his name or confirm any patient identifiers with me. He also hung up on me. I’ll be sure to recommend everyone to use Sam’s Club or Costco for their pharmacy needs because this location specifically is a joke. If you value your health and your protected information do not go to CVS.

You know, it’s getting unnerving when I have to get my medications refilled. I think everyone working there are good pharmacists. However though, when you need your medication filled on time, not before and not a week or a week and a half later. Your pharmacists are all so busy with giving people vaccinations that they hardly ever have time for filling prescriptions for everyone much less even ordering the medication. I My doctor faxed one of my medications a whole week ago. Was it even ordered?! I suspect not because I kept checking on my CVS Pharmacy App. and it didn’t even show it was ordered, nor did it say, “ In process “ I assumed it was ordered when the pharmacist got the order from my doctor a week ago. My spouse went to the pharmacy in person to get my prescription today only to be told, “ Hmmmm, it’s not in yet. “ Maybe my medication was called in, but it is a medication that is NOT on back order and my pharmacy always gets it in one to two days from the time it is ordered. It’s a new medication that is not in high demand. I know it’s not on back order. Two reasons I know of that people’s medications are forgotten by the pharmacies. 1. The workers are getting too stressed because they are called away to give a vaccine to someone every 15 minutes from filling everyone’s medications. 2. They are short on staff and overworked. This is not the patient’s fault though and the patients are the ones who have been getting the brunt of it all. CVS Corporate Office needs to hire more staff to work the registrars so the pharmacists can stay in the back and fill patient’s prescriptions and get our medications to us on time every time!! There are a lot of people out there who have to take their medications on time or they could die Someone who has to be on heart medication could die from missing multiple doses of their heart medications. Diabetic patients who rely on insulin can die or have severe seizures if they miss multiple doses of their medications. This lack of not ordering someone’s medication when the pharmacist must order them on time and getting patient’s medications to them is direly important. Two of my medications have been either not ordered when they were supposed to be ordered or flat out not refilled when they were scheduled for automatic refill and both medications of mine were an entire week to a entire week and a half late being refilled!! I’m NOT trying to get anyone in trouble. I am trying to make sure upper management takes responsibility and does the right thing before someone dies because their medications were given to them way too late!! I have been with CVS a long time now. I’m not leaving the pharmacy. I just have to have my prescriptions on time exactly when I need them. Everyone else does too.

There is one lady there who always has an attitude and always seems to have a problem with me. Her name is Heather and she's been there for years, probably because she's good at her job, but she should not interact with people, ever. The worst customer service I've received anywhere in my life. The manger/pharmacist Bridget is amazing. Such a nice lady. Always tries to help. I feel sorry for her that she has to field all the complaints about this lady.

They assumed I already had my prescription for some reason so when I got a NEW prescription directly from the doctor sent in, they put it on hold until next month. I've tried to get it refilled several times and it gets blown off every single time. I've been off my meds for over a week because of this and the pharmacist doesn't care at all. If you want your prescriptions on time and minimal headaches, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. This is the first time I've had a negative experience with CVS, but this location's negligence is messing with my life.

Worst customer service. The staff at this pharmacy are rude, inconsiderate, and appear put-out by any basic line of questioning. The eye rolling and deep sighs while I am consoling my sick 4 year old are absolutely unacceptable. If you are so miserable in your job, find a different profession. Save yourself the ineptitude and go to Walgreens - much better experience all around and they generally seem to care about helping.

Show up for my flu shot appointment, was told they are too busy and I’ll need to reschedule online. Waste of time, avoid this place.

I organized a busy work schedule and two teenagers' schedule to get COVID and flu shots. I booked the appts on the app, for 5:30. I got a reminder text for 5:30 at 4:15. We arrived at the pharmacy at 5:20, to be told the immuniologist left at 5. No communication about the cancelation. Now I will have to wrangle 3 schedules again, in the height of flu and COVID season while people get sick all around us, hoping we don't get sick first and have to miss work and school.

I gave this location so many chances. They actively try to avoid helping you if they can. They never answer their phone and the last time I went in with yet another unsuccessful prescription pick up I received so much attitude from the girl while a guy was literally throwing prescriptions around wasting time with a line 7 people deep. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I need to be able to pick up prescriptions without unnecessary hassle.
