Dropped off a gun here to be disassembled and shipped to an FFL across the country. (We were having difficulty disassembling it at home- the mechanism seems to be fouled). Sadly, they've had the gun for 2 months now, and there's no progress in getting it sorted. When I call, I'm told "they're looking at it now", but there's no follow up, and the gun is still in their shop.
EDIT: After I had someone stop into the shop, the manager reached out to me. They apologized for the delay, and made it right financially. The initial experience was still awful, but I do appreciate the effort to do something.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. They were able to assist me in finding what I needed, something I couldn't find in a number of other stores.

I recently visited DCF East and had a great experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly and Devin even helped us with a few techniques to shoot better. Definitely will be back. 100% recommended!!!

This is my go-to firearm store. While they don’t have a stated military/LEO discount, they have price matched for me in most cases when I show what I would pay elsewhere, or they can get close enough and I’m happy. They can also order firearms you can’t find in store. I couldn’t find a pink S&W .380 for my wife anywhere but they got me one within a week. The employees are gun guys who know their stuff and won’t BS you if they don’t know the details about what you’re asking. I’ve almost always had to wait for service here but I’d rather wait than go to a big box store and talk to some idiot kid with zero knowledge. PS thanks for turning me onto the G9 round. I now carry it in all my CCW handguns.

Awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and informative about the different type of weapons, ammo, etc. the store carries. Keggan helped my wife and I out and was very thorough with us both. He patiently answered all of our questions and, from there, helped us pick out the proper weapons. We are very happy with our purchases and if you are in the market for purchasing a weapon, training, etc., I strongly recommend DCF Guns.

We came in to buy our first gun. I knew nothing about guns and was honestly really nervous. We were helped by Justin who was FANTASTIC. He was so nice, knowledge, and answered all the questions we had. He walked us through several guns and let us shoot them. He was so patient and walked me through every step and made me feel comfortable. All of the staff were so kind, but Justin truly made this a great experience for us and I feel much less anxious.

I've been casually shooting here off and on for a couple of years at this point. I finally took the plunge and nabbed a membership, and took advantage of my free class, pistol 101 with David. Great class, and overall my experiences here have been at least 4 star every time. My only gripe is that I wish the range was 100yd in castle rock. And thats just being picky.

Staff are amazing - friendly and knowledgeable/helpful. Gun range is exactly what you'd want to toss some lead downrange. Their memberships are also nice if you plan on going to the range more than once/month or taking guests.

I bought a new suppressor today. Its my first can. I spoke with Kenrick. He was the most knowledgeable person I've spoken to regarding suppressors. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. DCF sold me my suppressor and let me shoot it same day! And, I can come back to the range and use it here until my approval comes back from the ATF. Real cool to be able to "visit" your can when you are waiting. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was respectful and took the time it took to get me to fully understand all of what I needed. All accessories are here to attach to any firearm.
Im coming back for sure!

Short-term membership while visiting family. Nice facility. A lot of selection of firearms and other firearms related items depending on what you are looking for. Great people. Friendly. Enjoying my range time. Follow-up after spending several weeks shooting at the range. Fantastic experience! Great people. I’ll be back each year.

Unfortunately not a good first experience. 5 employees around, one customer being helped, and nobody wanted to help us. When someone finally decided to ask if we need help, he was rude and completely uninterested. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wouldn’t have bought it at this store if it was in stock. Went to another shop in Castle Rock and purchased what I needed. Not really planning on returning for any near future purchases. Far better customer service off of Parry Street.

Love this Gun club. I’ve been to all 3 stores. Shooting competitions in the East store, wife’s shooting coach at the West location. Wife purchased her first pistol at CastleRock.
