Came in for a charging port not working on my IPhone 12 Max pro. Sean (or Shawn) got to work immediately, thoroughly cleaning and inspecting the charging port; within about 7 min it was as good as new ~ and at no charge! What fantastic customer service!!

Mike helped me rescue photos and contacts from a severely damaged IPhone after the Apple Store was no help! Great communication of my options. Stopped in hoping to get my iPad fixed, my aux headset had broken off and I couldn’t get it out so I had no sound on my iPad. Helped me out, super pleasant and helpful, fixed it in 1 minute and wouldn’t take any money for it so I will definitely be back next time I have a broken phone!

Don't trust these guys to just your phones. They are capable of fixing anything that comes their way. I have a Dodge radio that no one wanted to touch. They not only touched it but FIXED IT. They are very customer service oriented and take pride in what they do. If you're looking for the best...you found them.

Amazine place. Apparently phones don't do well going through a laundry wash cycle. Not a problem for these guys... fixed as good as or even better than new in less than 24 hours... and for way less $$ than I expected. Saved me lots and avoided the huge hassle of getting a new phone. Highly recommended!

Awesome service! He was able to fix my daughters keyboard on her laptop quickly and explained the steps he took in case of any issues in the future (teens aren't known to be gentle with devices). Incredible store and even better people running it. I had an old, obscure phone model that died on me that I brought there in hopes of recovering data off of it. While conventional methods like swapping in new parts didn't fix it, they referred me to a 3rd data recovery specialist instead and gave it back to me completely free of charge.After hours of labor, research, and sourcing parts, I still can't believe they didn't charge me a cent. Only answer why (in my opinion) is that they are genuinely passionate about helping people and aren't purely profit driven like 99.99% of businesses today. Can't recommend them enough.

We received fantastic service at Device Dr! Mike was able to fix my daughter's tablet within seconds. She had broken off her headphone jack in the auxiliary port which was an absolute crisis for her. Mike fixed it easily and for free. We will continue to bring our devices here for repair and maintenance. Thanks Mike!

Just awesome! On Sunday of memorial day weekend, My iPhone was completely dark, so I thought it wouldn’t charge. Shawn just had to do a hard restart ( I didn’t know it had to be plugged in to do it) in and out in 2 minutes and the bast part is : NO CHARGE!

Hands down the best electronic repair shop in Castle Rock Colorado. Repairman Sean is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy when it comes to handling my electronics. These guys can fix anything from phone screens to Xbox controllers to computers! These people take pride in their work and are a trusted business. 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone within town. And I don’t do reviews much.
