Wendy is absolutely amazing. She is accommodating, she is very sweet, willing to help out in any way she can and every way she can. She ended up doing things for us that she didn’t need to, but did anyway. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be working here at the Castle Rock location. The company is very lucky to have her! If I could give ten stars I would!

Friendly and Helpful Service at Extra Space Storage I recently visited the Extra Space Storage and had a fantastic experience thanks to sheamus. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. Sheamus explained all the different options clearly and patiently answered all my questions. In addition, they made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free and spoke to me in terms I understood rather than going off on a schpeel about what I didn't need like other storage places. If you're looking for storage in the this area, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and ask for Sheamus- they're a true asset to the place I also had a few problems that where normally I would get the run around because I wasn't sure what size unit and what my finances could afford but he really helped problem solve.

I payed for a month of storage on the 15th my move out day is the 19th from The storage unit. The rate went from 133 to 153 for no reason. They will not prorate the amount for a refund for the time i'm not going to use. Extra space you truly are janky and unethical about customer service. I will never use your services again I highly recommend no one else does either.
