Careful copying here. They charged for 2x the amount of 2-sided prints, AND didn't print the whole job. Something so simple as copying a booklet, turned into twice the cost with missing books (still got charged for missing book). Double check.

This FedEx location is fast, communicative, and pleasant to deal with. The store manager, JJ, personally took our order over the phone and walked us through getting a last minute print job through even after a system malfunction on the main website a few days prior that we were unaware of. I will come back again for our business needs!

Visited FedEx in Castle Rock for the first time today and was absolutely stunned by their incredible customer service. Such positive, knowledgeable people who genuinely were delighted to help with print and copy. Thank you to to Tom and Jolene for going above and beyond in helping me print things needed for my granddaughter's kindergarten class!

This store is basically run by a bunch of clowns. We had a package that had to be delivered overnight by 10:30 am for a major event in Washington, D.C. After charging basically 3X the overnight rate, these morons forgot to give it to the pickup driver. The item then went missing for two days - completely missing this event. When the sender went into the store to try and solve the problem, the employees were rude and completely uncaring. The issue was escalated to a supervisor who was supposed to make contact and never did. The delivery was then cancelled and a return was requested by both the sender and reciever. Now FedEx is trying to deliver it tomorrow - a full three days late - for an expedited, overnight package to a hotel that we have already checked out of. This could not have been handled any worse by FedEx. They should close close this shop, or at least force the franchise owner to sell it. 🤡 If you have something that has to be there overnight, take it to an actually FedEx (or better yet, UPS) depot, not one of these franchised FedEx Office clown shows.

I've been turned away twice trying to drop off items that are already labeled. They wouldn't take it due to my packaging. One of them I used a sharpie to cross something out. The other was wrapped in thick plastic (like most packages we get these days from Amazon and big box stores). On both occasions, I simply took it to another drop off location without a problem. Just wasted time and gas. I'm generally very easy going but this got me frustrated.

Very rude girls working there. Not helpful. Did not get what I needed. 0/10 recommend- do not waste your time here. Never written a poor review before but this was pretty bad.

I come to this FedEx location on a weekly basis. JJ and his team are always very helpful & professional. Tom is a great employee and helps me on a regular basis with printing, shipping, etc…

So, who gave this company the right to take someone’s UPS package and slap a FedEx label on top of it and try to pass it off as my order? This literally happened. My daughter called them to say that her package never arrived even thought the website showed it being delivered with a picture (of someone else’s package) they said that they would take care of it immediately. Well FedEx, I didn’t want you to steal someone’s else’s package to have you deliver it to me. The package contained bottles of pills that even has the order information included in the box.
How scary is this?
