I had an issue with my car and I called them at 6 a wonderful human being answered the phone and his name was tucker and or tanner he told me he was the manager. He said if I could get there before 7 he could help me I raced over there with 30 minutes to spare. While we were looking at how to fix my car the Assistant manager came over his name was Tyler they were both helping me work on my car for about 15 20 minutes they were both very calm and help me approach the situation in a very direct way they both made very good conversation they were both very sweet. 10 out of 10 would recommend going to see them with any car issues they are very supportive and will help you through anything they are the best duo they call themselves selfs t n t because they are dynamite. Thanks you both for helping me you both are amazing human being again if you have any car troubles they are your go to guys great customer service kind caring people. Thank you both for all the amazing work you both. Great staff will work with them again soon. Well hopefully not soon but 1000% would go to them for any future car troubles. T n t for the win yall are truly dynamite 😊🤣

Tanner helped me first thing on a Monday morning for a flat repair. Had to go to work after, but was done long before the end of my day. Good communication and very understanding to my requests. If I'm ever in a snag will come here again

I have been going to Firestone in Castle Rock for about 8 years now and they continue to do a great job! Tanner, the Store Manager and Tyler, the Service Manager are outstanding—both have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They always treat me with respect, take the time to answer my questions, and ensure I’m fully satisfied with their services. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help.

The reason why I gave this rating is because: I recently got a car, and I needed a oil change, these guys told me that my battery was on its last legs of life and my brake fluid wasn’t great either, they fixed the oil and the brake fluid and a few days later the ex-owner of this car told me that he had just bought a new battery for the car 6 months ago, They tried to swindle me, my advice to all of the ladies don’t go here, they swindle you or at least try too. Definitely not coming back!

Awesome experience! We had a flat tire on I-25, and limped the car into the Firestone parking lot. It was a rental car too. Tyler was amazing. He was empathetic with our situation and really took time to listen. He worked with the rental company to cover the charges and got our tires replaced fast. I highly recommend this Firestone location. Thanks again Tyler G.!
