Just an absurd amount of fees for little things. Debit card fees, additional atm fees, yearly account fees… if it wasn’t so hard to switch banks I would. I remember signing up at FirstBank with advertising stating it was “free checking”. Those days are definitely over. If you have a choice, go to a credit union you’ll be a lot better off.

We have been with 1stBank for years. After moving to Castle Rock this became the branch we have always used. I don't understand why all the negative reviews, I have never had bad experiences with this branch, they have actually worked very hard to accomplish what I was hoping to get done. I appreciate this branch and the help they offer!

Please people listen to these Reviews and don't bank with First Bank, especially the one in CastleRock, Colorado. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and they truly don't care about you as a person. Run as fast as you can, and away from this place!!!

Out of my various credit cards I've used while out of the country, little ol" First Banks debit card has saved my bacon a number of times. I use it to withdraw pesos from Mexican ATM's, and I get charged a fee, but I don't have to worry about it not working. It's worked for airline tickets and luggage upgrades when Capital One wouldn't. Thanks for making me feel confidant I won't get stranded without any cash.

Guess I should have checked the reviews here before I went to this branch to try to open a business checking account. Suffice it to say that after two trips to the branch I still don't have the account open because the staff is so incompetent that they can't figure out what's needed to open such account. Seems like Banking 101 to me. If you don't mind dealing with incompetent, surly people, this bank might work for you. But for me, there are lots of competitors who would like a relationship with a prosperous, growing business.

Charged $2.50 for atm at this location. I have been 1st bank customer for over 3ys. Customer service via email useless. Trying to call customer service even worse. 48 callers ahead of me . A joke!

Libby is AMAZING! She handled everything I needed. She took care of reaching out to the customer service line for me and followed up very quickly to tell she everything was squared away! Such a blessing! Thank you!

I was in a rush to get a document notarized by the close of business day. I rushed over to the UPS store after I called and verified that they had a notary available. Turns out the didn’t. I stopped in 1st Bank at 4:55 pm and was able to get my stuff notarized for free. Cody was so nice and didn’t make me feel like a burden despite coming on 5 minutes to closing. I appreciated his hospitality and kindness. I will consider becoming a. 1st Bank member based on this experience alone.

I had a really bad experience at this branch. I always go to the one in Highlands Ranch and I love it there. I went to this one because I had some other errands to run in the are so I thought why not. I felt I was treated so poorly that I walked out almost in tears. I will never be back to this branch and am looking at changing banks all together. I still haven't heard back from the manager of the bank regarding my issue and its been 24 hours. VERY unprofessional.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AT A -10!! Management at this office is HORRIBLE and so is the staff. My mom banked with them for a long time, until she moved to Ohio. We have had nothing but awful service since then. She lost her debit card and now that she is Ohio, she does not have quick access to her funds. Luckily she opened up an account with a great bank, and so happy for her. But what the kicker here is that a cop showed up at my door to do a welfare check on my mom. The bank called authorities and said there is FRADU here. My mom was upset and crying on the phone with the bank, because she wants access to her money. They thought she was crying because of something else. Where do they get off doing that? Instead of believing her and me, they took it upon themselves to call authorities!! They are nothing but MORONS!! Luckily the cop was great and understanding. DO NOT BANK WITH THE BANK!!!!! PLEASE!! THEY ARE NICE UNTIL YOU NEED SOMETHING!!!! RUN AND GO TO ANOTHER BANK!!!

This branch is horrible. The employees are rude, every one of them. They need to fire the people in this branch and shut it down. Been with them for 20years and I just closed my account. I caution anyone from using this branch. The one on Wilcox is much easier to deal with!

I would highly recommend avoiding this bank. They nickle and dime you with fees more than any other bank I've been with. They even tried to charge me extra for a posting mistake they had made. Very unprofessional. Account is closed and will remain closed forever.

I have never had issues banking with FirstBank. We have been customers here for over a decade and this branch is filled with friendly staff. Most of my needs are taken care of online or at the ATM but it's nice to inside the bank and see friendly faces once in a while.
