Store was constantly trashed. Kids running around. Bumped into me. Management was no where to be found. Couldn't find what I wanted. If I could give a lower rating; I would.

Just left this store, shelves are empty stuff everywhere and looks dirty. I use to love going here but today has made me disappointed. It takes two managers to stock one shelf.

I don't like that an employee has to scan your items at self check out. It's an envasion of privacy. I'm Autistic and I do not like anyone that close to me. Covid is still a thing as well. It's not good customer service. It's annoying!! I will no longer be a customer for five below. I know that you have many customers which is great but it's not for me unfortunately. Do better five below.

One of the best five below's that I've ever been to, amazing service and even more amazing deals! I really appreciate it that the cashier took the time to help me sort an organize everything I got and even bagged my stuff in a wonderful way! I definitely love coming to this location!

Just found this place the other day. I couldn't believe the things they had for $5. I left with a basket full, and I'll be back. They have everything. Pet stuff, workout stuff, beauty stuff, books, and games. It's pretty rad.

Very nice, but they think we are complete idiots with printing our own receipt. They always walk over and ask if we want a receipt printed so they can quickly fill out a yes or no survey for themselves.

I went into this location on Tuesday, September 26, around 2pm. There were three young females on staff. The overall shopping experience was to be expected from a 5 Below store, not very tidy or organized, nor any greeting or further communication from the staff.The subpar experience is nothing out of the ordinary from this location as the town is aware of the poor management this location has.The problem I had today, however, was that when one of the young ladies came up to check out my items for me at the self checkout, (which was quite awkward), when it came time for the 1 out of 9 survey at the end, the employee took it upon herself to select the highest rating option without any hesitation. They had closed every single self checkout register aside from the one closest to the employee counter, giving no option but to use the one they wanted.I don't mind the messy disorganized store. I don't mind the absent employees. Like stated earlier, it is to be expected. What I do find incredibly rude and distasteful is the way the employees fill out the customer surveys themselves and give the highest rating possible.Any and all survey results from this location should be completely disregarded from any district results and company praises.Instead of accepting the honest customer surveys or working on bettering their customer service, this location takes the easy way out and cheats the system.Speaking as a district manager for a retail company, this strategy is disheartening and disrespectful to your customer base.

This store is amazing they have lots of cool little stuff and you can't beat around $5 or less. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. Couldn't recommend it enough

First I would like to applaud the superb customer service we received from the closing team. This was one of the only Five Belows that I entered in the last 30 minutes where I wasn't yelled at that I had only so many minutes left.The staff was also very friendly about the kiddos requesting the bathroom key.I love that this store has such a variety of products. We picked up some squishmallows for $5!! We picked up some 8 lb weights. I also picked up a cute t-shirt for my daughter. So many unique items.

I would recommend coming here every few months Have to say you find some very Little cute items here however unless it’s a holiday no changes really happen in the store and this store does very good job keeping its items stocked
