Thank yous are not enough. I thought Kristy was the store owner of francesca's until I found out they were a chain. The quality of service and assistance is unmatched.
I have learned over the years it is not my admiration that helps my wife find clothes that she falls in love with, it’s people like Kristy.
We would have, maybe, left with one dress and instead my wife has dress upon dress she tried on and took home 😊

This is one of my favorite stores to go to, I love all the clothes, and staff is super friendly. The only thing I would say though is that the return policy needs to be extended.

Do you make it part of your job to make people feel uncomfortable while shopping in your store? My kid and I were out having a nice shopping day getting ready for a celebratory event. You decided to follow my kid with your eyes, watching everything they touched. Then you repeatedly asked us if we needed help. No we're good. IF A CUSTOMER NEEDS HELP THEY WILL ASK YOU for help. A simple " good morning welcome in and if you need anything let me know" would suffice. Leave people to shop and browse in peace please. There are a lot of items to look at and I felt rushed after the second time you asked if we were ok. The most uncomfortable feeling while shopping is the associates not allowing you to do so in peace. Also, when you brought me back to the dressing room, not even 2 minutes go by and you're asking me if I'm good... Seriously. If you get uneasy when people of certain ethnic groups come into the store, you should not be working there.
To the owners - Do better when hiring your employees and ask the tough questions of their character. Provide cultural sensitivity training to your employees about how to interact with patrons of any background.
Remember, with every person that walks through that door is an opportunity for you to shine and make someones day special and helps the store receive positive feedback too. And I still spent money in this store. I love this store and I hope to not experience this again on my next visit. Unacceptable. My goodness, we just want to shop!

Wow, tried to see how I could send them a private message to corporate but didn’t see how on website,I walked in. No hello welcome in. Anything I can help you with? A basic question. So I just browsed, while listening to the two workers complaining of their job. And who will be the next manager. As a business owner.. I feel for the the staff and owners in this situation.The guests should never hear complaints.And why are your employees so unhappy?The clothes were blah.

This store is one of my favorites! although we walked in on Sunday evening the 28th and the girl Maddie who apparently was in a hurry to close, was making me and my whole family feel very uncomfortable, she was in a hurry to get us out of there! Stomping around an putting stuff up very rudely. It’s a bummer she had such poor customer service skills.
